Comfortable condo for 2 people. Very nice view. Nicole is a very responsive host and very accessible. You will enjoy the beach as it is wonderful for walking as very flat. The heated pool is quite comfortable.

This place is perfect for two people. We enjoyed walking to Flagler Ave and going into the shops and restaurants. Nicole was very helpful to answer our questions, Great stay.

Us and my young kids stayed here. They stayed in the living room and my husband and I slept in the bedroom. The condo has a wonderful ocean view and is in a property with a couple other buildings. The pool directly outside our building had a broken heater but the one two buildings over and an easy 1-2minute walk was super warm which was great since it was in the low 70's and 60's during our stay. There are shops and good restaurants within walking distance with a great day and night scene. The unit was updated and nice. My only complaint is there weren't any kitchen towels. Not sure if that was a simple hiccup or not. It wasn't important enough for me to ask. The host was super easy to work with and communicated efficiently.

The property was still under construction from the Hurricane, and we were very sad to find out the pool wasn't heated. Otherwise the condo was perfect and location quiet and nice!

While visiting a family member in nearby Edgewater, we decided to celebrate our anniversary by staying at the beach. The condo was nice and fit our needs. We were easily able to watch sunrises and full moon rises every day from the balcony, laying in bed or from the living area sofa.We walked to breakfast most days on Flagler. We enjoyed the beach and the pool. The door has a keypad that the owner sends a code for you just before check in. This is so incredibly nice not having to worry about a key card every time you leave. It’s very uncomplicated. We had a couple questions for anyone we came across at the time (management/housekeeping) and they were always very helpful, courteous and informative. The downside was the construction. While it wouldn’t dissuade us from future visits, it was a little weird to see pieces of wood for studs laying in the hall & everyones tools left by the elevator for the night. The elevator was kind of the luck of the draw. Employees sometimes gave us a heads up if it wasn’t working. Not a problem for us having to take the stairs a few different times. The construction workers were courteous as well. It was a nice 5 day stay for us. We knew there would be construction so we went with no expectations. Overall,we were happy with our condo, it’s location and our stay.

The place is great, location is great, right on the ocean. I understand that the construction work has to be done because of the hurricanes, so it's kinda messy outside of the room right now. (Hallways, lobby, etc), but the room is terrific. Hopefully the next time we go there all the work will be completed. Thanks!

It was wonderful!

Everything was great, location and cleanliness. Our only complaints were the sounds of the air conditioner unit as it is very loud. Also, there are loose stones in the shower that we took a picture of. Neither of these issues made our stay less enjoyable. Just wanted to let you know.

Rental was as listed. Construction workers left vacuum and misc items in hallway. Should be stored elsewhere especially for weekend.

The condo is in a great location, and beautiful view of the ocean. The owner communicated well before our stay. The building itself is still under hurricane repair and the pool this Labor Day weekend was closed due to repair.

We had a great time! The condo fit our needs for the week. The location to the pool and ocean was great. It was so nice to have beach towels, chairs, and a cooler to bring with us to the pool or beach. Although there was construction going on throughout the building, we did not hear a thing. The only real down fall was that the elevator was not working yet, so we had to carry our luggage and groceries up the stairs, that was the only time it was a bother, however, the staff was hopeful that it would be in working order soon! I would not hesitate to stay there again!

The condo was quaint, clean and comfortable! A little disappointed we weren't notified of construction happening during our stay. We had a gentleman out on the patio with a ladder a couple of times as well as a worker painting the floor of one side of the patio while we were inside. Very uncomfortable and not good timing.

This condo had everything we needed! Beach chairs, toys for the kids, even a cooler to bring to the pool/beach! We loved the access to the private beach area with the free cabanas, swings, and grills. Even though the building was under refurbishment and not many families in the building, Nicole’s condo was updated and modern! The refurbishment did not take away from our amazing stay. Not only was the views perfect, but the location was amazing. A short 5-10 minute walk to Flagler allowed us to visit the places we wanted without the use of Uber or Lyft. We will def be staying here again. Thank you for the accommodations for our family trip. The only recommendations I would say is having a mattress topper for the pullout couch because the springs do hurt (as the case of most pull-out couches) and installing screen doors on the sliding doors so you can enjoy the sounds of the waves without bugs flying in.

Loved the property, and the location. By day we could spend time on the beach, in the ocean, or take a break inside to beat the heat. At nihht Flagler Ave was the hot spot. We loce this area and the room was fantastic. Thanks for the memories, we will be back!

Room was very nice and modern.. could use a deep clean Elevator was broke for the first two days we were there main pool for the property wasn't able to be used had to go next door to use pool.. but over all it was a good stay...the good out weighed the bad I would definitely stay there again

We had an awesome time. The condo was awesome. It had an amazing view of the sunrise each morning, and everything we needed.

There aren't enough words to express how amazing this place is. The condo is beautifully decorated and we were amazed to find it stocked with everything we needed. I loved the large balcony, which made taking in the view that much better. From start to finish the staff at Coconut Palms II were friendly and made us feel welcome. The pool was a nice added bonus but the beach was the main attraction. Flagler Ave is a few short steps from the condo - great food!. Breakfast on the beach at Toni and Joe's was a nice way to start the day. Nicole responds to emails quickly, it was a pleasure communicating with her and we can't thank her enough for sharing her place with us. We can't say enough good things about this place!

Nicole is a great host and her place is very modern and comfortable. You are practically sitting on the beach. This is the second time we stayed here and we may very well return for future weekend getaways. Location is perfect, walking distance to downtown New Smyrna with shops, taverns and lots of great restaurants.

This condo has the most amazing view, and has all you need for a couple travelling My only complaint would be our stay was too short !

Perfect for my husband and me to get away from Melbourne for a weekend! Big enough you didn't feel cramped, small enough to be cozy. Uber comfy bed, gorgeous bath (let the water run a good 10 - 15 for hot water) and the view....awesome. It seems like there is a lot within walking distance but since we were there to chill, we happily camped at Nicole and Matt's for the duration, pretty much. Sitting on the balcony, with a book, and listening to waves was all we needed. The resort was under storm damage renovation and we were the only ones on the floor....our idea of paradise! We have always preferred the "left" coast but not a good time to go over there so this is now our go-to for a quick getaway. Nicole was extremely responsive and easy to deal with. Looking forward to our next NSB break! Thanks, Nicole!

The unit was in good condition, but due to two recent hurricanes, some amenities were not usable. Balcony needs repairs and one pool out of commission. Many units in the building were water and storm damaged, so repairs and renovations are in progress in many areas. Again, this is a nice unit, the owner was responsive, and the location is excellent, but they are recovering from two major storms.
