We were 13 family members spending our annual beach week together. We choose a different beach each year and span 4 generations.
This house was fantastic and newly renovated. Short walk to beautiful Hilton Head beach. I would definitely recommend this property. Loved all the pool and beach toys plus chairs and buggies being available. We brought electric scooters and these were a huge hit around the greenways of Hilton Head.

Home is equipped with everything you can ask for and is located in a beautiful area near Burke’s Beach and walking trails. Although we had 12 people staying in the home it never felt crowded. Elevator was an extra bonus as we had some elderly family with us.

We had a wonderful time staying at the is gorgeous home. We had 8 adults and 5 kids. Beds were comfortable. Every person or couple had their own bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed. We grilled multiple times and the kids loved the pool. The location is very close to the beach and 2 wagons helped us bring all the stuff we needed to the beach. The game room was fun too. The owners were great! We will stay here again.

My husband and brought our children and grandchildren to this house for a long awaited family vacation! We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for our large family. Clean, neat and decorated great. A majority of the time was spent in the pool playing with our granddaughters. We did pay the additional to heat the pool and spa and was well worth it. Very comfortable for the little ones. Easy walk to the beach. The kitchen is always a gathering spot. It was well stocked and had a great table to gather.
Dustin was a great host and always responded quickly to any questions. Would definitely recommend this property.

This home is lovely in every way! Great open spaces inside and out. The hosts are very responsive and were excellent to work with at every stage of the process. The kitchen is the best stocked of any rental home I've stayed in.

Wow, what a great place. The communication was fantastic from booking through check-out. What a great place. The location is perfect and the amenities in the house were awesome. You don't need to bring anything, even beach things! Great sized house for hosting friends AND family! Would highly recommend!!

Our extended family tries hard to get together once a year. We had visited Hilton Head before, but we loved this property. There was space for everyone. The beach truly is steps away. We have a toddler and several young children in the group. Makes it much easier when everyone can come and go as they need. A huge bonus was a park across the street. It has a big field to play in as well as playground equipment and pickle ball courts. I would definitely recommend this property. The owners were great to work with and could be easily reached by text or email. We mostly cook in now, but we did visit a fun family restaurant the last night. The kitchen is well equipped for a crowd. Beds were comfortable. I would highly recommend renting this property (and we have rented a lot)! We also rented bikes. It is a very easy process.

Everything was perfect ! The house was beautiful. Very clean, well appointed, really nice furnishings. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. All of the bathrooms have been updated and are very luxurious. The kitchen, dining area and living room is a nice open space where we spent a lot of our time playing board games and talking. Our whole family really enjoyed our stay at 3 Sandy Beach Trail.

My husband and I brought our four children, their spouses and eleven grandchildren for a week’s stay in this magnificent house. The bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped as described. The living room was a great space for conversation after busy days at the beach and pool. Convenient to activities around Hilton Head. The owners are very welcoming hosts. Recommend highly.

We had an incredible stay in late June at this home. Our group was 16 people across 4 families ranging in ages from 5 to 67 years old, including one with special needs & a wheelchair, so the elevator was perfect. The home is easy walking distance to the beach, with a great carpeted path that makes for easy wagon pulling and a shower/foot wash station. The pool was essential to cool off, and the ground floor game room was a lot of fun. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and silverware, and the home was in excellent condition. The hosts were responsive and we are strongly considering coming back next year!

We had an incredible time staying at this house. It was exactly as advertised! Everything was clean and updated. We were just steps from the beach. Everyone fit with plenty of room! Would highly recommend this location and owners were fantastic!

We were an older group 60 and above. Siblings getting together with Thier 86 year old mom. The elevator in the home made it possible for her to enjoy herself confidently. So close to the beach. Great home!

We would highly recommend this wonderful property. It was exactly as described and easily accommodated our large group. The owners were very responsive and fixed the one problem we had in avery timely matter. High end appliances and cookware were wonderful. The kids loved the indoor and out door games.

We stayed at Michelle and Dustin‘s house the week of March 10. We travel to Hilton head with five other families with kids of various teenage ages. This house was the perfect place for our large group. Plenty of space, beautiful pool, close to the beach, with spacious rooms to retreat to if we needed quiet time. The house was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It was a dream vacation and we would definitely return to this house!

My family (ages 3 to 70) thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for the thanksgiving holiday! House was very clean, beds were super comfy and house was appointed well with everything we needed! The location was also great as we were a quick walk (less than 5 min) to the beach and park. Thank you for sharing your family’s home with mine!

We found this house to be very comfortable and nicely maintained. Everything was in good working order and the owners were responsive to any questions or concerns. About a 5 min walk along a carpeted path to get to the beach.

The house was perfect and clean. At first we thought the pool was going to be too small, but my kids loved it. The house location was so close to the beach I even let my Tweenies go by them selves. The house had everything we needed and if anything went wrong Dustin took care of it so quickly. I’ve stayed in other homes this one is by far my favorite. We loved it so much we’re coming back next year. The house was great for all ages and the owner was great. It truly made our vacation wonderful.

Perfect vacation home
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The home is perfect for all age groups in every way…. Just a short few minute walk to the beach, lots of pool and beach supplies, great pool and hot tub, super close to restaurants and shopping. Everything within this home is top notch, extremely clean and well stocked. Hope to be able to go back! Our group of 16 loved it.

Outstanding home close to the beach
We spent a week at Dustin and Michelle’s home for a family reunion and we could not have been more pleased. The house itself is very well appointed and we loved how close it was to the beach. Lots of great cookware which made eating in a breeze. Dustin was always extremely responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful visit to Hilton Head. The house was beautiful and well stocked, the beach is just a short walk and the owners were super responsive all week! We would definitely recommend this property!

Paradise in Hilton Head
Dustin and Michelle's property in Hilton Head made for the best vacation we have ever had. The home is close to the beach, has a great pool and hot tub, and generous bed/bath accomodations. We especially appreciated the supply of cookware, as we did not eat out and enjoyed cooking in the home. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We were very impressed. It's a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood. The property is well maintained. There is a short walk to the beach and to restaurants and bars. The house did have a few small glitches, but Dustin responded very quickly to them, and we were quite satisfied with their resolutions. We'll be back.

There was even beach toys, a stroller, and a pack n play for the kids. We last minute asked to have the hot tub turned on and they were so nice and sent someone out to get it turned on asap! We would definitely recommend staying at this property and can't wait to come back!
