The condo was perfect for what we needed and on the river , we had woodchucks visit everyday . Germantown was great for food . A pleasant walk or scoot (great fun) into town . A real party atmosphere. We did the golf buggy tour around town , highly recommended.

Nestled just a stone's throw away from downtown Nashville, our recent stay at this condo was nothing short of exceptional. Being so close to downtown mean that we could easily immerse ourselves in the vibrant energy of Music City, yet retreat to our own peaceful haven when we desired. It was evident that the hosts had gone above and beyond to ensure that guests feel right at home. One of the highlights for us was the attention to detail when it came to amenities. The condo was fully stocked with high-quality linens and towels, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. We were pleasantly surprised to find bottled water and snacks waiting for us upon arrival, a thoughtful gesture that did not go unnoticed. Last but certainly not least, we cannot praise our host enough for their warmth and hospitality. From offering valuable local insights to ensuring that our every need was met. In conclusion, our stay at this Nashville condo exceeded all expectations. With its unbeatable location, beautiful interiors, thoughtful amenities, and exceptional hospitality. We cannot wait to return to this urban oasis by the river.

We enjoyed a long weekend (four nights) in this clean and nicely appointed two bed, two bath condo on the river. Super-convenient, covered parking made loading in and out convenient and comfortable…even though it was raining when we checked out, it didn’t phase us! Uber/Lyft to Broadway were fast and reasonably priced. Saw some folks who appeared to be making the walk, but Lyft/Uber is the way to go. Texted with the property manager once and response was very fast and helpful. Will certainly check availability here the next time we plan to come to Nashville!

We had a great trip! The condo was very clean, the owners/managers were extremely polite with great communications. It's 15-20 minute walk down to Broadway or $15-$18 Uber.

We really enjoyed the vacation rental. It was in a great location that’s were comfortable and everything was very accommodating.

Great space for a girls trip

The place was wonderful and close to broadway! Ubers were cheap and easy to get anywhere we wanted to go! Rebecca was great and the place was perfect for the four of us! We had a great time!

Condo was such a perfect spot for our weekend stay. Loved being next to the river. Great location. Host Rebecca was very accommodating and available for any questions. Parking was great!! We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return!!

I especially liked the proximity to town. Much easier to walk than driving! I also liked the balcony. The only improvements would be more towel bars; only one for each bathroom and there were four adults. The TV had many channels but it was difficult to find what we needed. Rebecca quickly responded to our questions. A sheet with the local channels and how to use the Guide would be helpful.

We were in town for my cousin's destination wedding, as well as a couple college visits for our high school son, and could not have been happier with our stay at Rebecca's condo! The location was great, as it was a 15-20 min walk along the river to Broadway or a cheap Uber. We loved the free parking on site as well. The condo was clean, updated, comfortable, well-decorated, and we loved the river views. It was perfect for our family. Rebecca also provided great recommendations and was a great resource for questions about the area. Thank you!

We stay in this condominium every year. The host leaves bottled water, cookies, coffee for guests and are in view as soon as you check in to this super clean condo. Location is very close to downtown, so you can walk or an Uber will be there almost too quick. Watch the boats go up and down the Cumberland as you relax on the patio. Plenty of free parking. Everything you need is here! Can't wait to return next year!

The property was wonderful! Very clean and just as described. Location was great it was just a little confusing for some drivers with the construction going on. We didn't really use the facilities other than to sit around the pool one afternoon. Rebecca was very sweet and responsive! I appreciate her willingness to help. We also appreciated the available coffee, bathroom supplies, and welcome basket. Thank you. Would recommend and stay again!

Really loved our stay here! We had a concert at Ascend Ampitheatre as well as a show at Bridgestone, and we rented the scooters that were right outside the unit or walked down to both locations/ Broadway- never had to Uber or drive our car anywhere. The unit was clean, it was quiet, I felt safe walking my fur babies on the Greenway right outside, never heard anyone above/ below us, plenty of parking. 10/10 would book again!!!!

The condo was exactly what we expected for the description and photos, and the host always responded to any of our questions in a timely manner. We would definitely stay there again! The location is good, and we enjoyed the other amenities of the condo as well.

What a great weekend of fun in Nashville! The rental was a great find with an easy walk or short ride to Broadway. Germantown also offered great options for food and nightlife. The apartment provided a quiet and comfortable space to rest and recharge from the Nashville excitement. Highly recommend!

This was great property. It was just as described. Very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Walking distance to downtown. One block away from Nashville Sounds baseball field. We got tickets a saw a game one night. Lots of fun!

Condo was very clean and the snacks, shampoo, etc were a nice added touch.

Rebecca was extremely accommodating and helpful. Nice place and a great pool. You do have to walk to get to most places but not bad at all. We really enjoyed our stay and i have recommended to many friends already.
