Place was clean and nice. Space is well laid out and functional. Pool is just the right size. It would be nice to have some toiletries like soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. Also, after a nice visit I would suggest to not have people put their trash away as going into the alley reminds you quickly how much nicer this place is than the rest of the neighborhood. It was quiet just not too nice.

The house and pool were great! We had a great time overall. However the cleanliness wasn’t that great, some sheets were dirty, bathroom mats dirty, floors dirtied our feet, hair in shower, fridge didn’t make ice, the sliding screen door broken, table slightly broken, and poor checkout instructions.

Literally. Worst short term rental I've ever experienced. The place was not clean, trash everywhere, bathrooms, under beds, under couch, dirty dishes and coffee stains all over kitchen. Pool is not heated, owner will tell you you can night swim, which is true in THE SUMMER. Not heated, but has *lights*. The owner is a slum Lord. Great potential in the property if the right owner was present. I waited to write this to get some money back. I'm getting about a third back from a 2 night stay. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. There's a lot in AZ/PHOENIX area. Quote from the owner "No disrespect, but covid has been over for a long time here" for when my 87 year old grandmother is supposed to stay here and there's hair everywhere, trashed floors, garbage and uncleaned kitchen/bathrooms. Stay away!!!!!!!

The property is wonderfully maintained, clean, and even more spacious than the pictures make it look. Every inch of the home is updated, which makes for a very comfortable stay. We will definitely book this property again for future stays!

Nightmare stay: When we arrived at this home, we stood outside for an hour waiting for the guest service contact to answer the phone to give us the door code. She claimed it came via email, but we never received it. Once we got in, we spent the first evening and a good portion of the day cleaning the house. It was absolutely filthy. There was a load of moldy towels in the dryer, the dishwasher was foul smelling with dirty dishes, and there was food in the dishes inside the cabinets-which all had to be washed. The drawers with the utensils were dirty and had hair in them so all that needed to be wiped out. The master bedroom didn't have sheets on the bed, the duvet was filthy and had to be washed and the other rooms were missing linens and had dirty duvets as well. The bathrooms were dusty, had tons of hair and the showers had not been cleaned for a long time. There was pink mildew in both showers all over the floor as well as the walls and door jams. The pool also was filthy so we cleaned that as well. In addition, the amenities we completely inaccurate on the website. It stated there was a Keurig machine, which the guest services lady said was struck by lightning, there was no vacuum, no laundry soap, no propane for the grill and fire pit and no shampoo or conditioner in the bathrooms as listed. The biggest shock though, was there wasn't a single role of toilet paper in the house. All of these things we had to go and purchase just to get through the first night. The guest services lady did come out the next and provided all the missing items we requested, but we did all but the rest of the cleaning was done by us on our time during our vacation. We also requested a vacuum because she said someone stole the one that was supposed to be in the house, and we filled 5 canisters just vacuuming the rug in the main living space and 3 of the 4 bedrooms. When we wiped the floor in the kitchen the paper towel was completely black, like it hadn't been mopped in a long time. We asked Evolve to move us to a new location or allow us to cancel our reservation and find another place to book, but they refused. They gave us back our cleaning fee and half of a night and told us that was more than generous. In addition, because they were so unwilling to work with us, I mentioned I could also dispute the charge through my credit card company so we could move homes and they threaten that if I did that they would do absolutely nothing to resolve our home issues while we were there. If you want to enjoy a relaxing vacation or work with a reasonable company, this is not the place to rent or the company to rent from.

This home was accurately advertised, freshly cleaned, well-maintained and easy to communicate with guest representative. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this home and would definitely come back to it. Highly recommend.

Me and 3 Friends came down to roller skate from Cali. I selected this house because it had a pool. I was scared because there were NO reviews and I'm big on reviews. SO GLAD I picked this HOUSE I MUST SAY It was SOOOOOO NICE everything in it was BRAND new, we were the first to stay so now they have a review on the board!! We had so much room and it was stocked with all the item you may need and they also had like 6 Old School board games, didn't get to use much or play any games but they were there . . The neighborhood was very quite and 1 min to the Freeway! The manager also responded fast when I had a Question. ******** 7 stars if I could. I will STAY Again whenever I'm in AZ if it's still around Thank you
