Great place, as the title indicates, minutes from downtown by foot, maybe a minute by bike and by car, who cares, walk or ride, it’s so close. House was clean, stocked with necessities and ready early. There isn’t much more one can hope for when getting a place. Beds were, reportedly as I only slept in one, comfortable. I would book again, and whenever I plan my next trip to Bentonville, will certainly check to see if the property has availability. The management team for the house was great. We enjoyed our stay, I’m sure you will too.

We were very satisfied with our stay at this home near Bentonville Square. It was within walking distance of so many great shops and activities, including the Saturday farmers market and 8th Street Market (including Bike Rack Brewing). Everything we wanted to do was a short drive away, including the Crystal Bridges art museum and the Amazeum.
We were traveling with a 4-yo and a 1.5-yo and were really impressed with how kid-friendly this house was for our needs. It included a changing table, travel crib, toddler plates/utensils and sippy cups, a step stool for the bathroom, and a kids potty seat. The big grassy backyard was a plus! We brought our own bubbles and sidewalk chalk and had a blast running around outside.

We loved visiting Bentonville and we loved this house! It was clean, perfect location and had a good sized backyard for my kiddos to run around in. We will be back. Thanks for the wonderful home away from home.

Needed a place that could accommodate my boys and our dogs. Awesome location and rental unit. Clean with nice fenced yard and shed to store our bikes. Will return again!

Our family came to Bentonville for a spring break Mountain biking trip. Our family has a range of interest & skill in MTB. The location was great! It was close to trails and town so that access was easy for bikers and non-bikers. We did drive to town a few times for dinner but we also walked in. No car necessary for town, museum, neighborhood WalMart or trails.
The house has a nice set up. Linens, beds & appliances are good quality and well maintained. The owners were super friendly!
The fenced yard was great for the pup and added bike shed security.

The home is very inviting and pleasingly spacious. Location is fantastic, minutes from downtown and Crystal Bridges. We had all the amenities we needed, and communication was prompt and helpful. We definitely recommend this property, and would stay again!

We had a great stay. This property is close to downtown Bentonville and very quiet. Ray and Mary, owners, communicated a power outage at the property just before our stay and let us know the power company had resolved issue prior to our arrival. Great communications. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking to visit Bentonville and the Northwest Arkansas area. You will not be disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay at this home and it is close to everything we wanted to see and do. Mary and Ray were attentive to any questions or concerns we had. Weather permitting a walk to the town square is a nice stroll and Crystal Bridges is just around a few blocks away. We are looking forward to staying here again next fall and will bring our dog, the yard is fully fenced and perfect for dogs.

Beautiful vacation home within minutes walk to downtown Bentonville
Comfortable home with great kitchen, 3 good sized bedrooms with posh beds and 2 modern bathrooms. Within 0.6 mile walk of downtown Bentonville. Home is very updated. Hosts very responsive to questions via text. Easy check in and check out. Coffee pods and Keurig in kitchen as well as snacks! Quiet neighborhood. Lots of walking and biking trails within miles. Farmers market in Bentonville on Saturday ams. Near several good restaurants and a neighborhood Walmart market for groceries. Stay here!

Great home near downtown Bentonville
Clean and freshly updated home very near downtown Bentonville. Comfortable beds in 3 bedrooms. 2 updated baths with great linens and towels. Snacks on arrival as well as full kitchen tools including Keurig and coffee pods . Hosts very responsive and easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Bentonville has great walking and biking trails, a great art scene and lots of fun restaurants. A Walmart neighborhood market is within one mile for groceries. Stay here if you are in Bentonville!

3 minute pedal to the trailhead.
This place worked out great for our group! The Slaughter Pen trailhead was just down the road, and we were within walking distance of downtown Bentonville. Very clean, comfortable and accommodating.

Perfect place for us!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts provided so many little extras… plenty of coffee, snacks, games etc…. The beds were comfy and the home was supplied with everything we needed and super clean!! A half mile walk or a super short drive to the square. Perfect location!!! We hope to stay here again.
