House and team that look after you are amazing. Location spot on. Busy area but still quiet at villa. Only downside would be lack of additional seating that can be used in the sun. Would of loved having a bbq to use too.

Unbelievably loud, unable to sleep. Dirty and grubby (needs proper cleaning products). The house service staff were lovely however, they are just only given straw brooms and it doesn’t clean anything. The power went out 3 times - appears there is a wiring issue. The pool paving is falling away and the dirt underneath goes into the pool. The toilets wouldn’t stop running and wouldn’t flush so needed maintenance to come and fix - which they did. But really it was over priced and WAY TOO loud. The manager also seems very strict on early check in, however when we got there to drop off bags the place was ready. But the manager didn’t want us there earlier which seems a bit odd.

We had a beautiful family holiday in your Villa. The rooms were massive and aircon worked a treat.
Loved the outdoor showers also.
Staff were super friendly.
The pool sadly was a little old looking. Tiles missing and very dangerous around the top with loose ones. Needs maintenance asap.
Great location. Easy to walk to restaurant and driver AGUS was amazing !!

The property is really lovely and even though it is in a busy area the villa is really quiet and you can’t hear any of the traffic or local noise. The hosts were very helpful through the whole stay and were accommodating to all of our needs. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Myself, husband, adult children and grandchild had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Villa New York.
Sasty and Danny in particular, took great care of our booking and villa servicing as did the poolman and gardener.
Any requirements/ requests were addressed very efficiently and promptly.
The villa is aesthetically decorated and very well equipped
The location was very handy for lots of good restaurants and spa locations.
The pool can be a bit of a challenge getting in/out for older persons with joint issues as no handrail. Shallower entrance area was good for toddler with supervision of course. Pool is not enclosed so a lockable, enclosed living area was a must for us. Would gladly stay again. 😀

As a group of friends we were amazed by the villa - the cleaniness of the property and the pool, nice and bright garden with just enough shadow and nicely decorated interior, all the rooms have air conditioning and are cleaned every day. It is one minute walk to the minimarket, spa saloon, laundry service - you name it. Cenggu or Kuta are a short drive away. Villa is 15 minute walk to Petitenget beach, where you can enjoy beach clubs or rent a surf board. 100 % recommend!

One of the best villas I have stayed in, the workers were all friendly and helpful and was a delight to stay with them. The location is good as there is everything you need with in walking distance, I would highly recommended this Villa, and looks exactly like the pictures on the internet. I will definitely be staying here again next time I’m back in Bali

The reservation process went smoothly. Greeted late at night by the host. Location close to night life but tucked out of the way/enough to believe you are away from all the hustle and bustle. The standard of accommodation is very good with high standards of cleanliness. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Holidaymakers of all ages- teens and adults were all impressed and happy. The pool was a lovely relief from the heat. Inside and outside of property well maintained. Lots of staff coming and going /on hand to help. All friendly. Book- you won’t be disappointed.

The stay was amazing! My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The interior was just as pictured, but outside/pool area was a little smaller than expected, but the overall villa was up to par. Communication was easy, the place was very clean and it's impeccably decorated. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. I'd highly recommend the property.

This property was wonderful. Clean, spacious, comfortable. Awesome location, down laneway so quiet at night but 30m to street which has warungs, the forge pub, spas, family circle, pepito shop. It is smaller than it looks outside in photos but is the perfect size. Aircons worked really well but are not in bathrooms (not an issue). As we had our parents in their 70s the only issue was access to pool as is approx 1/2m to step into shallow area of pool and no steps into pool or seating area next to pool. Not an issue for younger people. Good communication from property manager. Would definately stay here again. Thanks Happy and staff for a wonderful stay
