Apartment with access control, equipped kitchen, 2 TVs and 3 Air conditioning. Come and enjoy Puerto Rico safely, we are only 5 minutes from airport and 10 from San Juan, close to beaches and Shopping Malls.
The apartment consists of two levels, 1st level there is a living room with a sofa bed with TV and Air conditioning, kitchen and 1 bathroom. At 2nd level: 2 beautiful bedrooms with 1 Queen and 1 Full size beds and 2 air conditioning units, TV and remodeled bathroom.
Other things to note
Pool is open Thursday to Sunday 9am to 7pm. 2-level apartment requires stairs to go to bedrooms and second bathroom.

The property was ok ,unfortunately the picture of the pool shows its in front of the property when its not ,communication on the host needs work. And it said quiet time after 9pm but one of the neighbors had a dog that was constantly barking all night. And not much else to say but they can work on the water pressure on the second floor with very limited hot water.

Our stay was wonderful. Check in and out process was super easy. Clean and comfortable!

The place is easy to find, quick access to mayor highways, stores and restaurants are near. I was a little bit nervous at first because this apartment complex is big. But once I got here it feels very safe, in the day and specially at night it's very quiet.
The apartment itself is clean and spacious. Two full bathrooms, towels and linens are provided. Small but functional kitchen and three tvs with plenty of content to watch. AC and fans in all rooms. My only complaint is the lack of a toaster, has plenty of pots but only one frying pan.

We were looking for a place could fit 6 people, 2 full bath, close to the venue, not pricey, and we found it, clean, peaceful neighborhood, centric and accessible to places near by, would stay here again.
