Bellissimo! La struttura direttamente sul lago, camera con balcone munita di tavolino sgabelli e portacenere ideale per i fumatori. Ambi spazi armadio e comodini posteggio auto gratuito, interno hotel pulito ed elegante. Ma la hit è la cucina del ristorante. Davvero ottimi i piatti italiani consiglio fritto misto e casarecce con straccetti manzo rucola e grana e un tortino pera e ricotta eccezionale! Il Signore pugliese ce ci ha accolto e servito ci ha fatto sentire a casa, persona genuina semplice e divertente. Abbiamo trascorso solo 1 notte ma saremmo stati di più. A 10 min in auto dal centro di Lucerna.
Unica pecca, manca la porta del bagno. 🤔

De locatie is prachtig, maar alleen betalen voor het uitzicht is niet realistisch
We hadden een superior 4
persoons kamer geboekt. Bleek een tweepersoons kamer te zijn met een slaapbank en een stretcher. Voor 4 volwassenen ☹️. Alle bedden zeer beroerd en verouderd. De superior kamers (de foto’s die je op booking.com ziet) blijken ze overigens helemaal niet meer te hebben. Mager ontbijt bovendien.

Beautiful old hotel next to Lake Lucerne. Very clean and a warm family feel. Friendly owner/staff. Excellent Italian restaurant - we had very good authentic pizzas but everything looked good. The breakfast was also good with great bread and croissants.
The attic room was large but sparsely furnished and with just one light in the corner.

Great location with nice restaurant at the lake. Good family room, nice breakfast, friendly staff and free parking.
Switzerland has become even more expensive, so prepare for that. Family dinner easily costs 200 euro without entrees or dessert, which is quite a shock if you are on your way back from Italy. Luckily the food is good (and Italian).

Super fast and easy check-in, friendly staff, amazing location right in front of the lake, big spacious room and comfortable bed, parking no problem and nice restaurant on the other side of the building as well even though I didn't get a chance to try it myself.
When I realized that I would have to leave before breakfast opened at 8am the staff was so kind to prepare me a delicious calzone plus croissant and juice in the early morning which was perfect!

A lovely room overlooking the lake and mountains, view was absolutely breathtaking. The staff were lovely, definitely eat at the restaurant in the evening outside overlooking the lake.

Location was great, so was the room and the view from the room was spectacular. We enjoyed the walks around the Hotel which gives straight to Lake Luzerne. The Italianer, the Hotel's restaurant is actually excellent. You can sit and enjoy dinner by the Lake. It was really romantic. Access to Luzerne (City) is easy if you have a car. If you visit Luzerne I suggest you use the car park at the Central Train Station and avoid using the motorway, its nicer driving along the secondary roads.
Breakfast, unfortunately a bit disappointed there.

The hotel is well situated near a beautiful lake. But not only the place makes it wonderful, but also the personnel who works in the hotel and in the italian restaurant. The service is high-class, the personnel is very professional and attentive, and the food is so delicious! We feel coming back there again and again. Special thanks for Francois and all his colleagues who made our stay so special and memorable!
