The house and property were as listed! Very nice property and amenities! We had 8 adults and 7 kids and it easily accommodated us all. Unfortunately the weather this summer of being very hot and not much rain made the lake not swimable. I know we took a chance going this time of year. But there’s many places around to swim. We went to Mora outdoor swim park and Pine City had a great city park to swim. My family had a great time and we give it 5 stars!

The house and location was excellent. Plenty of room for our group. The dock was broken and sat way too high to be able to easily hook up our boat. The awning over the deck didn’t work. The house was missing some necessities such as garbage bags, dish cloths, and screens on the windows. There was a very large wasp nest on the outbuilding. The owner was difficult to get ahold of. Overall, our stay was good but could have been excellent.

My family and I were looking forward to a stay full of lake adventures. The reason we booked this cabin was for the water access and beach shoreline for swimming. When we arrived, the shoreline was thick with green algae and smelled. We went out further on the kayaks to see if it would be clearer, but it wasn’t. We couldn’t enjoy any watercraft or even sit near the water due to the smell. I understand it is a hot summer, but when a cabin is listed as beachfront I’d expect the water to be usable. The fact that it wasn’t was not communicated to us ahead of time; had it been, we likely would have canceled. We have a lot of lakes where we live in northern Minnesota, and none of them are like this. The dock was also broken and that was not communicated. When we brought our concerns to the property owner, they offered us a small refund for the dock issues (which we have not yet received), but nothing for the water conditions. When expressing our frustrations at this, the property owner’s response was rude and antagonistic. Had there been a little service recovery or care I would've given it more stars, but there wasn’t. The cabin itself was nice and well-kept, and we were able to make use of the ample yard space. I just would’ve appreciated some heads up about the issues that were known.

The property is very nice inside, has an amazing amount of amenities. Kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets, yard games, lawn chairs, etc. There was plenty of room for our multi-family visit. The owners put a lot of thought into all the needs a family may have. Huge yard & deck. Just a few cons: lake is green & slimy and was not swimmable, we did take our boat out so the kids could go tubing. No garbage bags anywhere, no dish cloths or towels, hot water heater situation is not ideal. I think cleaning crew could be improved on. Pile of dirt on kitchen floor when we arrived, linen & towels in the dryer, kitchen garbage can lid has dried food all over the hinge. Dock was damaged but we were informed of that ahead of time. Overall we enjoyed ourselves & if the lake was cleaner we would return!

We spent two nights here with family and kids. The house was nice and spacious, with updated decor, bathrooms, and beds / bedding. Clean, well kept. Great yard space and access to water. Quiet lake, easy to rent a boat for activities. Garage had great supplies to enjoy the lake including kayak, life jackets, lawn chars. Fun options in basement with card tables and ping pong table. The dock needed some maintenance, and we had some trouble communicating with other prior to arriving, but once we arrived we had fast responses to a few questions. some of the neighboring homes were run down, but never felt unsafe during our stay. Overall a really nice visit.

Our son got married at Ivory North in Mora. We decided to host the rehearsal dinner at this property. And we are so happy we did. It was the perfect place to have the dinner as well as all the grooms men set up camp in the basement. All 5 guys hung out and got ready there and were comfortable doing so. As grooms parents, grandparents and siblings had plenty of room upstairs to get ready for the big day. The only thing that I would suggest to the owners it to make sure your cleaners are wiping the sliding doors and kitchen floor was a little dirty. But not enough to be an issue.

Plenty of sleeping space. We gather with 3 families every year and we appreciated all the extra mattresses and blankets, etc. The kitchen area is small for a large group, but we were able to utilize extra fold up tables and chairs stored in the garage by setting them up in the sunroom. There are no large pots or crock pots, so bring your own if you have a large group. There is plenty of winter entertainment, including the lake for ice fishing and trails for snowmobiling. Indoors are 2 smart TVs and lots of games and puzzles. All the necessities are there, including shampoo, soap, and lotion. There is a large parking area for vehicles and trailers. Note for people who have a rough time navigating stairs: there are no bedrooms on the main level. But you could always sleep in the cozy recliners in the sun room. We would stay here again.

Great communication, easy stay, had all the things one would hope: from towels to laundry soap, an extra fridge in garage, games, firepit, kayaks and chairs, plenty of space. We did have some internet challenges but didn't put us out as so much else to do :) The only time we had an issue with the stay, owners were very receptive and was great. The water was so shallow this year we didn't worry about the kids playing in it near the dock, and they had a blast! Felt like much farther away from the cities than one hour, very relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect spot to get together with a group of friends. Plenty of spots for people to sleep; clean; nice that they provide some Lake activities to do! Checkout process was easy. Would certainly recommend!

The house and grounds were what we needed . The kitchen was a little small for my big boys and all the help in the kitchen... was well stocked , except for a griddle ???? The beach was a little weedy and rocky but the kids had a great time none the less. Kayak and boards were a great thing to be provided and other games as well ... Firepit was fun at night ... We had a great time .... Beautiful lake setting !!!

Amazing home, love all the beds, tons of room! Water was really green so we didn't swim, was the only downfall(just the time of year I think).

The property was very well kept and while we had a minor television issue, the owner did their best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Beds were really comfy for all and the puzzles/games were used on a couple rainy days. The deck was high (we think the water was low) so it was a little difficult to get into our boat/tie up the boat. The fishing didn’t happen at all which was a bummer, but again a lake issue, not a property issue. We were happy with property and all the outdoor toys/games/kayaks/paddle boards. A good trip - strong communication and easy to check in and out.

Prompt communication from Amy. We ran into the housekeeper upon check in as the previous family checked out late. The place was spotless. Very comfortable, lots of places to spread out and enjoy time as a group or an individual. Kids loved the beach. Plenty of gear for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and yard games. Extra fridge in the garage was a big bonus. Comfortable and great for multiple families.

We loved our time here! Large yard for games and you are able to walk right into the water. The house itself has plenty of space in family areas and lots of beds to sleep all. Everyone in our family from babies to grandparents enjoyed the trip!

This place was beautiful.....the house, the property, and the views ..I miss it already! There was 14 of us and there was plenty of room for all. Tim and Amy were very helpful and responded very quickly if there was a question. The place was very clean, organized and lots of storage. So many great memories were made .... Would go back in a heart beat!

Great location and plenty of things to keep all ages entertained! Kids loved the foosball and ping pong table in the basement. Loved the room overlooking the lake with two rather comfy chairs. Definately recommend!!

We had a wonderful 5-night stay. House is plenty big and has a fun game room. Everything you need is provided. Would definitely stay again.

Zero problems. Nice grill, dock, firewood, garage parking. Excellent communication with owner. Close to town to enjoy farmers market and Pine City Country Club. Kitchen well equipped for our needs. Extra refridge in garage was awesome for bait and drinks. Kayak and two paddle boards. Would book again. Thanks for a good week.

Wonderful large property with everything we needed for a family MN summer lake getaway.

A hidden gem! This property was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed and more! Games, kitchen supplies, towels, etc. We loved waking up to the view of the lake. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for the night before and night of our wedding with our bridal party. The property was beautiful and I enjoyed getting up before everyone else and relaxing by the lake shore.

We spent the weekend here with some friends for my birthday and had a great stay! The house was perfect and had everything we needed. We would love to go back in the summer to take advantage of the lake!

This property was just as advertised, maybe even better! We loved the spaciousness and space to play games and do puzzles. It snowed while we were there and a snow removal service came by 10:00am. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals. We enjoyed several walks outside and saw some deer and other wildlife. Everyone in our group would love to visit again and we hope to visit in the summer months.

From start to end, Amy has been super great in communication and very accommodating! We had booked this home for a small church group retreat and it was perfect! Their home was spacious, full of fun activities all around, and VERY clean! There was 11 adults there from Friday night to Sunday morning, and we were all very comfortable. Only con was the cold basement, but that was not too big of an issue as they also provided lots of warm, fuzzy blankets all throughout the home. Overall, the house was definitely worth booking, and we plan to book it more in the future! Thank you, Tim and Amy!
