This place had everything you needed!

everything about the hotel the people were friendly one of the cleanest places we have stayed in

No meals available as it was a studio apartment, perfect location and apartment was clean and comfortable

Like a shower rather than bath with a small shower attached but it was ok for 2 days

Location..

The man who owns it.. grumpy and not nice First night the smoke alarm went off from 11pm till 6am..with no one to switch it off .no sleep ruined my birthday. When i complained the owner just blamed other guests and said there is a number u should ring..which was on office door ..so I it was my fault!!! but he failed to tell us about the number before hand..I asked for a refund of the first night..but they just ignored me and took the money..booking dot com gave me 20 quid wow..when we got there we were told no parking so beware of the lies on there booking page.. when we got in first night I admit we had a few drinks we were struggling with the lock the owner let us in....then made up go out and do the code again .felt like a told off school boy .....dont stay here its not good

The hotel was within walking distance of everything, the room was clean and tidy and we had everything we needed whilst there. We would definitely book to stay again

The property is well located and in easy proximity for the main promenade and pleasure beach.

very basic and pictures do not represent the property. the parking is street parking so if you move your car during your stay you may not get a space on return. never saw the owners after we checked in. no breakfast offer. over priced compared to most of the hotels/b&b’s that offered onsite parking, breakfast and had bars

We didn’t have the breakfast option but managed in the self contained kitchen which had a microwave and toaster. There was candy floss left for the kids along with water and lemonade for each of us (2 adults & 2 children aged 7 & 9). There was plenty of drawer space and adequate hanging space. The location was brilliant for us, close to the south pier, the pleasure beach and prom, with plenty of cafes nearby. Parking is usually a nightmare in Blackpool, but we were able to request a space beforehand and this made it so much easier and it was free. The owners are on site, friendly and available .

It was so well equipped, the bed was so comfortable. We had nothing to complain about.

There’s always a chance you won’t be able to park at peak times ie school hols when everywhere’s booked up but we messaged early and were lucky enough to get a reserved spot.

Apartment was spacious and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.
