Our family included several adults and children. We had a wonderful time at this home and enjoyed many of the community amenities. The host was great as well. Overall we were very happy to have stayed here and recommend it.

Great House...clean and well appointed! We have an active bunch, so the area and available amenities/activities were perfect...we took full advantage of the close proximity to the beach, pickleball and beach volleyball courts, workout room, pool, etc. Also enjoyed several visits to the nearby ice cream parlor and surf shop. Ultimately, Beaulieu sur Mer was a great central location for the many fantastic adventures/activities that we squeezed into our 8-day Family Vacation!

My husband, a family friend and I absolutely enjoyed staying at this house. It was in a very safe and convenient location to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, walking path and other places of interest. The house was clean, stocked with paper products, utensils, pots, pans, cleaners, linens, towels, etc etc. If business takes us back, we would definitely rebook here.

Wonderful well-appointed house with all the necessities to comfortably house us while traveling for a family wedding. Everyone has their own bathroom, which was a plus! Great house for multiple couples or a bigger family.

Great accom for 3 adults on wedding weekend!! Just needs a bit of outdoor space without lugging furniture in and out !!! Otherwise fabulous and had everything!!

Family friendly property with onsite activities. Ashley was friendly and available if/when needed. My only 2 complaints is the downstairs bed is very, very squeaky. Light sleepers need not sleep down there or you will get no sleep. Creeks and squeaks with the slightest movement. And there is only 1 tv in the house. Wasn't ideal with 3 teenagers and a 7 year old but we managed. Otherwise everything was great. Location, space, property amenities, beach, all were excellent.

This property met all of our expectations and then some. It was clean and stocked with everything imaginable (bicycles, beach equipment, cooking utensils, appliances and much more) to make it a home away from home. Kids loved all the on-site activities……pool, pickle ball, shuffle board….etc. Private beach parking across the road was nice and convenient. We will definitely be going back again for sure.

Great house!
House was just what we needed. Check in process was easy. House was clean and neat. Kitchen well stocked with what you need to cook with. Right next to the Indian river. Neighborhood so cute. Pool was clean. Beach right across the street. Bikes and beach chairs available. Great stay!

Fun activities for active family
We enjoyed the community offerings: shuffle board, bocce ball, basketball court, pickle ball courts, workout center, pool, biking around the subdivision, and easy walk to the beach. The only thing that could have made it better would have been a better spot from which we could fish. We were some of the youngest people in the subdivision, but that didn’t bother us at all. Curfew from 11pm - 7am each day was well suited for us. Saw a manatee and dolphins in the inter coastal waterway. Lots of dogs to see.
