The all decked out house is incredible. It was the perfect size for our group of five. Everything was very clean and in working condition. Ben was very communicative with me prior to, during and post stay. He made himself available for any questions. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. It is such a convenient short walk to everything in town. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. My friends kept commenting to me what a great find this place was. We hope to book it again in the future!

Living room furniture somewhat uncomfortable.
Terrific restaurants and happy hours. Victor’s and Red Inn not to be missed.

This is really a great property. Close enough to get to all the places you want to explore and far enough to be amazingly quiet and peaceful. It feels like you’re in a treehouse when you’re on the main floor which we loved.
The furnishings and decor are very well done. The space was perfect for our group, girls upstairs boys downstairs.
Don’t pass this spot up!

Had a great stay at Ben's property in PTOWN. Location was great - close to town but also very quiet and secluded. Would recommend!

We had a great time during our stay. We were tucked away enough to relax and unwind, but just a short walk to all the activities.
The house was nice and clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals at the house when we didn't feel like going out.

It was located far enough off from the main strip to allow for some down time and privacy during a very busy week. Easy to access by car, foot and bike. Close to all amenities.

We recently stayed at this property on a group trip to Ptown. It is about a 10 minute walk from commercial and very close to the nearby Stop and Shop. A good home base to explore all that Ptown has to offer.

Location was great! Close enough to the action on commercial Street but far enough away to enjoy the quiet and a relaxing walk. House was very clean and had all the amenities and essentials we were looking for! Communication and information was spot on. The size of the interior and deck space was perfect for our group that came in from different states which allowed us to hang out, relax and catch up before heading out to enjoy the town! Wonderful, clean space!

We had a great holiday weekend at Ben's property. It was immaculately clean with new appliances and enough room for all of our guests. The property was super close to Commercial St so getting around was a breeze! Thank you again and I look forward to renting in the future!

The location could not be better. At the top of the central parking lot for downtown. Short walk to the main street but nice quiet location. The house was very nice, beds comfortable, lots room. Bathrooms looked recently remodeled very nice. Ben was very responsive but we didn't need anything ! Everything was perfect.

This house was perfect for our long weekend! We are a group of 6 who like to spend our days at the beach and nights out on Commercial St. The location was great for feeling close to the action but having tons of privacy. And the house is even nicer than the pictures! We absolutely will be coming back!

Great place to stay in Ptown!
Our group had a wonderful time at this property. I was particularly impressed with the kitchen. We did a good deal of cooking, and this kitchen had everything we needed, including a nice blender. The house had stylish new furniture and is conveniently located. Ben was very responsive the couple times we reached out with questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house in P-town!
The All Decked Out property was fantastic! The check-in was smooth and easy with the provided passcode and instructions. After we entered the property, it was very clean and looked beautiful. The entire interior appeared updated and well thought out. The property is close to Race Point beach where we visited and witnessed whales and seals swimming. It was a short walk to Commercial St. where all of the shops and restaurants/bars are located. The All Decked Out property is a great place to stay if you are looking to visit P-town and we will definitely be staying there again when we return.

Great stay and great proximity
I want to thank Ben for being a great host and let him know that his house is beautiful and very peaceful. The pictures and descriptions are pretty accurate and most of all I enjoyed that it was walking distance from the town center, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle.

Ben has a great property here. It’s a short walk from the heart of town, is beautifully designed, and very clean. Overall, a great option for a medium sized group looking to stay in Provincetown, and priced very reasonably for what you get.

A Fantastic Stay
This place is great for you and a group or family. 3 cute bedrooms, enough bathrooms for everyone, and the living space for relaxing. What we really loved was its location, close enough to walk to the shopping and entertainment down the road, but also off the beaten path. We felt like we were up in the woods, with plenty of quiet and privacy.

We enjoyed a whale watching cruise from the pier, walked the dunes to the ocean where we saw seals swimming and had the beach to ourselves. Race point beach was a short 5 minute drive and we went there twice to watch the beautiful sunset. All in all, I would highly recommend this rental property for location, cleanliness, ease of check-in and check -out and it’s beautiful upscale beach decor.

There is a second property that seems to have a similar number so be clear when communicating about exactly which property you're staying in. We would definitely stay here again. Bring towels, though. They have great beach chairs, but beach towels aren't included :)

We appreciated the detailed booklet about the condo including every instruction for the condo as well as recommendations for restaurants and activities in Ptown. The walk to the center took a lovely 10 minutes. The master suite was designed to look and feel like you were sleeping in the lower deck of a ship - it was incredible! We would heartily recommend this rental and hope to rent it again ourselves real soon.
