We loved our stay! Very well laid out for a larger group. We had 6 of us staying but definitely had room for more. Very nicely decorated, great amenities. Convenient location to downtown, easy to get around from here. Only gave it 4 stars bc there is a rooster that lives next door and woke us up pretty early in the morning. Seth and Jacob were very responsive and easy to get a hold of. We loved this place and would ABSOLUTELY come back again!!

The place had everything you need, spices, olive oil, pans, cookware, cooking utensils,
storage containers, plenty of dishes & silverware, towels for the hot tub, bath towels, 2 washers & 2 dryers! My family and I loved it there! Game room wasn't exactly as pictured but we spent most of the time in the hot tub or playing games at the huge table when at the house.

Our group had a wonderful stay! The communication was excellent and the house was perfect for our group of 12. The kitchen was well stocked and organized to prepare meals. We enjoyed the game room garage and hot tub outside. Plenty of parking for all of our cars. Close to UK stadium. I would definitely stay here again!

We were in town for our son’s wedding and this house gave our extended family a great home base with all of the comforts of home. Clean, spacious, comfortable beds and a great location in a cool neighborhood. Highly recommend!

We rented this for the weekend for a football game with friends. The house had everything we were looking for. Very spacious, clean, and even had gameroom and hot tub. Check-in and check-out instructions given by the owner were clear and not tedious, as some other vrbo homes i have stayed at. Would definitely stay again.

I recently stayed at this property with 11 others and we had a fantastic time. The house is gorgeous and has plenty of sleeping arrangements and space for entertaining. The house comes equip with all the essentials plus more. The host was super responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this property and would stay again!

Our family rented this house to accommodate 9 members of our family. We decided on the location as it was less than an hour from the Ark Encounter. The house was lovely, super modern, spacious, and very clean. The neighborhood was a mixture of new and old, but very quiet and it seemed relatively safe. The property manager was always checking in and made sure we had everything we needed. We would stay here again without hesitation.

We stayed for 2 nights - there was WAY more room than we were expecting. The house was beautiful and clean. There is a great little cocktail & coffee house within walking distance. It was just a short drive/Uber to bars and restaurants. we would definitely stay here again!

This home was a substitute for the larger newer home we origionally booked prior to storm coming through and knocking out power in the area. This home didn't have all the frills of the home we originally booked but it met most of our needs.

The house is very nice and was perfect for four couples. Clean, spacious and well equipped. The owner was very responsive of any questions we had. Would definitely rent again if in the area.

This house is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed making breakfast in the giant kitchen and all of the restaurants and entertainment in the surrounding areas. The hot tub/fire pit and the layout of the living and dining rooms made it nice to hang out both indoors and out, even in January. Highly recommend this property.

The home is brand new and beautiful with everything you would need during your stay. It is located in an older neighborhood with some neighboring homes not well kept but still near downtown. It is listed as a 5 bedroom but rather is a 4 bedroom with an open loft with beds. Owner was apologetic with inaccuracy of listing and provided a discount on next rental.

We were in Lexington for my wife’s graduation at Rupp arena. The location was great neighborhood a little sketchy but not too bad. Had great communication with Seth. My only problem is as someone in his late forties there with his family some of the rules of the stay I thought we ridiculous. I would rather put down a 2000 deposit and have whomever I want over. To be put on a limit of guest was a bit off putting. I get the quiet hours but we weren’t planning on having a keg party or wild evening with my kids and nephews there. Just wanted to have a few of the fellow graduates over to celebrate. But otherwise the house was great and we had a decent time!

Wonderful house with all the trimmings!
We were a group of 10 adults that come to Lexington to participate in the Horsey Hundred bike ride in Georgetown. The house had everything we could ask for - plus plenty of parking AND a large garage for our needs. Highly recommend!

Lexington Stay
This property was perfect for the six of us. It was very clean and we did not need anything. Seth was extremely nice and great to communicate with. We would absolutely stay there again, or at any other property that Seth is involved with. Lexington is easy to get around in, with lots to see and do.
