Everything about the property was amazing! We will definitely stay here again!

This house is less than a mile and a straight shot down Main Street from Bentonville’s town square. It was easy to get to and from the house and restaurants and trails on our bikes. The house is clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, tons of towels, robes, coffee, and a great welcome book with tons of helpful info. Will book again!

This house had all the amenities anyone would ever need. It’s beautifully decorated and the hostess was very communicative. Location was extremely convenient to downtown and I-49. We stayed during Christmas and the home was decorated with a tree and other accessories. This hostess goes above and beyond.

This property is in a great location. The updates and amenities are well done. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Thank you for the excellent communication. My wife was blown away at the detail of the welcome book.

The house felt brand new. Nice fixtures and finishes. Terrific location for mountain biking access and downtown access. Very smooth check in and check out.

The property was beautiful. It was well stocked. Very close to parks, Crystal Bridges Museum, and downtown. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

We absolutely loved staying here. Very comfortable and well decorated! It was an easy walk to Park Springs Park for a short trail walk and we could have walked to Slaughter Pen Park as well. The firepit out back was why we booked here and we weren't disappointed! Rosanne has everything you need. She even had replacement batteries for a remote that needed them. Thank you, Rosanne for a terrific time!

Our family visited for Parents weekend at The University of Arkansas. We had all the comforts of home, lots of room for everyone and we loved the backyard, as we are outdoorsy. Highly recommend!

We looked for a perfect location and this house did not disappoint; comfort, style and cleanliness all in one! The property had everything we needed plus the communication from the property manager was second to known. We knew what to do, where everything was and treated like part of the family. We will stay here again!

This VRBO is one of the best ones we’ve stayed in. It is attractive inside and out, with lovely furnishings and decor and attention to detail, and it appears to have been updated quite recently throughout. It is light, airy, and welcoming. There were two types of coffee in the kitchen, a full spice rack, plenty of storage bags and wraps, nice utensils, and several sets of drinkware. The kitchen drawers, stove and refrigerator were very clean and orderly. Both bathrooms had plenty of pretty towels, and even robes and slippers! All of the beds were very comfortable, with attractive coverings and extra pillows. The fenced backyard has a nice fire pit and Adirondack chairs—and we even had a groundhog visitor there the day we arrived! We never saw him after that day, so he must have been our welcoming committee. The house is only a short drive to the town square. It is located in an all-residential neighborhood, across the street from a row of nice two-story homes that look quite new. The only not-quite-perfect thing is the rainfall shower head in the main bedroom. It worked just fine, and the shower is very roomy, but my husband prefers a traditional shower head with more pressure. This was a delightful place to return to each evening after sightseeing!

Our young family stayed here for a long weekend family vacation. This home was perfect! Primary suite had a large closet that accommodated our pack and play for the littlest and all one story, no stairs to play defense on. Also had a fenced in backyard with fire pit. Clean, safe, and comfortable!

The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. It was not as close to the Bentonville Squate as I thought anyway for walking., but a very close car or bike ride so that was fine.

This home is absolutely perfect in every way. Kitchen is well stocked, and fire pit in the private backyard was an added bonus! Minutes on bike to downtown and bike trails. Will definitely stay here again!

Loved this cute bungalow! We appreciated the extra touches like umbrellas and bath robes. Comfortable beds and nice sheets. Very organized. Close to town.

The curb appeal is fantastic. New neighborhood, which is quiet, and pretty chill. Every amenity has been thought of. From freshly ground coffee, to firewood, to all the cooking supplies you have at home. Plenty of hot water supply, and secure shed is a big bonus. This place is killer.

We had the pleasure of staying here for 5 nights over NYE! We appreciated that it was a short walk to the Crystal Bridges Museum and the downtown Bentonville area. The house is beautifully-decorated and furnished and features a spa shower in the master bath. Well-appointed kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. Host Rosanna was super helpful. Coffee/tea set-up in the kitchen was a treat to use each morning. We loved staying in this home!

This was our second trip to Bentonville, Arkansas to go mountain biking and this property was amazing! The house was very nice and the location was great! We were a short drive or pedal from the downtown square and a few hundred yards from the start of numerous trail systems that we could leave the house on our bikes! Would definitely recommend this property to anyone and would defiantly like to come back and stay again.

My husband and I booked this house for a 3 night stay in Bentonville. The house was perfect! It was extremely clean, well furnished, and had everything we needed. We especially loved how close it was to downtown Bentonville. We would definitely stay here again without a doubt!
