What a great place to spend a week! The house is large and spacious . There is everything you need to enjoy yourself . The pool was heated, which was an added bonus when we had a bit of colder weather . Short walk to the beach . Justin was easy to get in touch with and happy to answer any questions we had . I would definitely stay here again!

My family truly enjoyed having room to roam. We all had our own rooms and we had dinner together and watched movies in the movie room. I used the tub and it was glorious. If you need space to spread out this is definitely for you and it’s only a 10 min walk to the beach.

Stayed a few nights for a tennis tournament and loved the area, near beach and shops. Plenty of bike paths and things to do in the area. Also a big plus was the house was located within a gated area, less traffic and felt safe. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved the house - everything from its location to setup to amenities! It’s a very short walk to the beach (under 0.5 miles to the sand) and is in a beautiful wooded neighborhood. The owner was extremely helpful and super prompt with communication. I really enjoyed the hammock in the back yard! Highly recommended and we would absolutely stay there again.

We loved spending Thanksgiving week at this house! The house is big and has lots of room for people to gather together or find quiet time. It is an easy walk to the beach and a nice quiet neighborhood. We loved being able to bring our dogs! The host is very responsive and helpful.

Just as described. We had a fantastic week. Close to everything, beach just a short walk away! Communication was fantastic. Check in/out a breeze. And pet friendly! Thank you.

This property was exactly as described. The location is convenient and communication with the host was easy and fast! We would definitely stay here or book with this host again!

Wonderful little home that is close enough to the beach with large enough space even for me survive a staying with the in-laws for a week :). Lovely open floorplan and lots of light. Property owner was in constant communication with us. Truly a wonderful spot for a vacation and we hope to return soon!

First of all, I cannot say enough about our host,Justin. He truly wants you to enjoy his home and have a great vacation! He is very communicative. The house itself is lovely! Whether the kids were swimming in the heated pool,or adults were watching the golfers, there was space for all of us(13 including kids). Bikes were available for use right in the garage! Beach was a 10 minute walk as stated, and the general store was a short walk away. Our family also enjoyed playing pickle ball at the courts. The bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen was well equipped for us to cook Easter Dinner. We used the grill as well! Justin has just had one of the upstairs bathrooms remodeled and it is very nice! We would definitely think about booking this home again!

It was too cool outside in late March to be interested in using the pool, but we lounged in the backyard next to the pool and enjoyed watching the golfers on the third hole. Two golf courses are close enough for us to walk to. The neighbourhood is lovely and within a 10 minute walk to the beach. Bike or kayaj rentals within a 5 minute walk. We were there for a large family reunion and wedding and with so much 'gathering space' we were able to invite cousins over to socialize in the two living/sitting room areas. The kitchen is wonderful and all bedrooms have their own bathroom. Terrific shopping at Shelter Cove is just a 5 minute drive away. Most importantly, the host was always VERY helpful and available to answer any questions both prior to and during our stay. Our family highly recommends this home.

Beautiful, large home located a 5 minute bike from the beach, pickleball and the general store in Palmetto Dunes. Plush, fluffy towels and a well stocked kitchen were most appreciated as was our fantastic and attentive host Justin. We were happy to rent from a young couple who is self managing and support a family instead of a large vacation rental company and could tell they very much care about their guests experience and their property. This is the cleanest place we've rented in Hilton Head and we have visited many times (particularly important for us and I am picky-well done!). Justin was quick with responses and made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful getaway. We were a group of 2 families with 5 teens and found their was plenty of space for everyone. We also loved that their were two primary suites with king beds and ensuite baths. Another bonus was having garage access to keep the pollen off our bikes and we were happy to not have to pack any beach chairs as these were provided as well. Heated pool was well used as was the well located hammock with views to the golf course. Thanks again for opening your home to us Justin. We very much enjoyed our time in Hilton Head and our stay! An easy place to recommend!

We will be back again and again every is right in the neighborhood we felt safe letting our kid explore my husband loved the golf courses and I got soooo much RnR… communicative host made everything . Love love it here
