Hotel charges 3% extra if you try to pay reservation at desk with international credit card. They do not inform this at presentation. Even the call to Booking.com help desk did not change their mind. Pool and room average. Breakfast ok.

The place is good, At least there's one staff that can communicate in English, enough to ask and have resolution to queries. Ambiance of the coffee shop is also nice.

The pillow cases scent is not okay, In the toilet there's also a smell maybe the exhaust fan should be check or their tanks down there. Regarding the coffee shop I ordered a fresh milk and when I have it the big dead ant floats in there. May he rest in peace and that I lost my appetite.

Large room and bathroom

Because there was working on the road, the access to the road to the resort was difficult to see.

The location was superb and if only they have managed to keep the rooms cleaner I would recommend the place to my friends

The cleanliness, they lack thorough cleaning and the sheets were dirty white and bathrooms were dirty

Quiet area, close to Lotus Lake with lovely coffee shop to view lake. Big rooms with swimming pool that was a good size. I loved the buffaloes that lived next door too!

No balcony to sit out on. Coffee shop should stay open longer.

The location was great because we had a car. A few miles out of town and half a mile off a main road. It is opposite a lovely pond covered in lilies and flowers. The staff were polite and helpful.

The pool was an attraction but the water was so cold it couldn't be used. There was effectively no wi-fi in the third floor room. It works fine in the cafe but not in he rooms.

Booked a pool view there is no pool view .got there gave us a room my girlfriend refused to stop in the room as it stunk vile the curtains was ripped .they gave us another room where we had to buy air fresheners just to make it smell nice .the breakfast was bad if you didnt omelette or salad you was going to starve .no meat just same salad and omelette. They charged my daughter 50 baht to use the swimming pool which I think was disgusting. The shower kept turning itself on in the middle of the night .we had to tell them to clean our room or they didnt bother. Worse hotel I've ever stopped in my girlfriend was so disappointed as I was

Nice area of town although far from the river which is the main attraction for Nong Khai. It is very close to the border checkpoint though so for weary travelers its a great place to overnight before heading into Laos.

NO TAXIS in town. If you stay here you need transportation or comfortable shoes to hike into the riverside area about 3 km.

Peaceful resort in the countryside opposite a lake. You can hire bicycles to get around the area... little traffic. You will need your own transport to go to the centre of Nong Khai though. Room and swimming pool were nice. The highlight for us was the air-conditioned restaurant /coffee shop. Delicious food, cakes and drinks. It gets very busy at lunchtime so try to arrive before midday. Overall well recommended.

Location to far out in the countryside. No shops, no restaurants, no pubs. If you like quiet and calm this is the place.
