Pros: Spacious house with large fenced backyard. 6 bedrooms, 7 beds, and 3 bathrooms.
The house looks newly painted on the inside. The appliances are fairly new. The furniture is standard for a rental. Good wifi.
Good communication from the host.
Cons: The highway is right next to the house, and it was so noisy that I could barely get any sleep. I am a light sleeper. Some in our group were able to sleep through the traffic noise. But several trains went past during the night, and the extremely loud whistles startled and woke just about all of us up each time. Those whistles get your heart pounding! I was glad we only slept there one night.

The house is older and needs some work. The carpets need replaced and there are loose tiles in the upstairs bathroom. The mattress that I slept on was adequate but had a body groove in the middle. About time to replace it.
There were no bath towels anywhere we could find. The only towels in each bathroom were one hand towel and a bath mat. Every VRBO that I have ever stayed at provides towels. No extra blankets, and the thin one on the bed only covered the bottom of the bed.
There was liquid hand soap in each bathroom, but no bars of face soap or bath soap, little or otherwise. I expect to at least have a little bar of face soap in each bathroom. If there isn’t a body wash dispenser then a little bar of bath soap as well. The bottle of liquid hand soap in the kitchen was filled with water.

Our family really enjoyed staying here over the holidays as we visited with our Nashville family. The house layout and location were perfect for us. Everything about the house was as advertised, and communication was excellent.

The property was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space for 8 of us, and a quick ride to Broadway. We rented a car, but also used Uber when we realized how expensive parking was in the city.
The property manager was very receptive and easy to get hold of with very rapid response to questions. Would definitely stay there again if we return to Nashville

Great place for us to stay while son had surgery at Vanderbilt. Hospital was about 15 mins away. Plenty of room and Kroger’s close by to get food for the 5 of us staying for several days.

The house was nice with plenty of parking for a large group. 5 nice separate bedrooms, decent kitchen and 3 baths (always a plus). There was also a living room and upstairs sitting room with a fold out bed and tv. Overall it was a nice place perfect for us where we would all have plenty of space without being cramped and it was within a good driving distance to downtown. (Via lyft, uber or personal vehicles). We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, it perfectly fit our needs for a Bachelor party weekend. It was close enough to downtown that we could enjoy the nightlife, and had a cute series of shops and restaurants 2 blocks away. I would recommend this place to anyone with a larger group!

This house was in a perfect location for all adventures we had planned in Nashville. Plenty of space for 10 adults and truly within a few miles of groceries and broadway..the train was a bit loud at night for us coming from small town Eastern WA state but overall great experience and would recommend.

My husband and I, our children, and our grandchildren traveled to Tennessee for Thanksgiving, where we were all together for the very first time EVER! I was in charge of booking our VRBO and, although I had zero experience with doing so, I guess I nailed it, because none of us would have changed a thing. There was ample space for us all to hang out together, yet also more than enough room to get away from the crowd if a baby needed to sleep or someone needed a break.. We never once felt like we were on top of each other. The house was fully functional and fully stocked and anytime I reached out for any reason at all, someone got back to me almost immediately. Although we were often away from the house, either sightseeing or spending time with extended family for the holiday, coming back to it always felt like home.
If you’re thinking about a reunion of any kind? A word of advice. DO IT. Family is everything, and this home turned out to be the perfect place for us all to reconnect. 💜

We had a group ranging in age from 17 to 70 to see a concert in Nashville. The property was great. It was clean, had everything we needed and the location was close to downtown. Recommend it for a family or a couple who want a lot of room. When we checked out, I asked everyone what they thought of the house and everyone said it was "great." It's hard to please everyone is such a diverse, group, but this property did it.

We needed a 4+ bedroom place to house our family while attending weekend wedding festivities for our son. The house is great. It’s really close to large noisy road and rr tracks which I didn’t realize. But we were busy and away from house much of the time so it was ok. The actual facility is great. The one thing needed might be smaller coffee cups. Otherwise great place to stay!

We did not enjoy our stay at this house. The pictures are nice and the house has a nice layout. But it wasn't super clean and one of the bedrooms had a weird musty smell. Also with 9 people staying in the house you couldn't flush the toilets back-to-back, took like 20 minutes to refill. We let the property managers know and they replied back very quickly but honestly not much they could do with us already there. Not really what you want to be worried about on vacation.

Home was clean and well decorated. Back yard was perfect for outdoor games. Close to everything we wanted to experience in Nashville (all the fun neighborhoods and Broadway). Manager was very responsive to our needs and questions and prompt. Even had kitchen utensils we needed delivered next day! Would definitely stay here again!

The property was perfect for a larger family. We were towing a boat so it was AMAZING to be able to put Car and boat in backyard, under a cover and behind a fence.

Family Wedding
We loved this house it was larger than we expected with a huge beautiful back yard. We loved the two separate TV areas one being upstairs gave us plenty of sitting room. It is a great location with a grocery store minutes away and conveniently located close to Broadway.

A good stay with basic amenities
The home provided abundant space that we needed for two families to gather. It was very clean. The kitchen was really set up more for “cook’s night out” but we did make do with provided supplies. The basic amenities encouraged more time out in Nashville, which is truly a short Uber ride to just about any Nashville hot spot. The neighborhood was less quiet and cozy than I expected, being not familiar with the area. But all in all everything was good. I’d stay again now knowing what to expect.

Perfect Stay
The house was exactly what we needed! Everything was extremely clean and organized. The living room is big enough to comfortably fit 5 people, and the rooms were secluded and comfortable. We would 100% stay there again next time we are in Nashville! Definitely recommend.
