This property was not quite what we expected because of the location. This was not due to any misrepresentation on the part of the owner. It is absolutely a 2 minute walk to the beach (and just a few minutes more to a playground and hiking trails and an ice cream/taco place, as well as a short drive to a Publix and CVS and more!). However, it is on a very busy road. We live in a rural place and the traffic noise was hard to get used to (it was not super noisy at night though). With that being said, the pool and hot tub were great, and easy to operate (unlike several other houses we have rented).

This was a big birthday year for me and I wanted something cozy. This house was everything I wanted location was perfect. I had been asking for early check in since our flight was going to early AM. The host made that happen everything was in walking distance as described. My mother, Aunt and cousins came down and had a ball. I highly recommend this property. Thank you so much and see you next time

This house was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 4 children. The house was extremely clean and well appointed. We all enjoyed the pool and spa and short walk to the beach. We would stay again with hesitation.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family it has a great pool in the center of the household with a hot tub. Its bedroom arrangement was perfect for kids and adults. We were so close to the beach and renting the golf carts added a dynamic of fun we don't get in NJ! Highly recommend I wish my own house had this set up. Oh yeah and two washers and dryers so end of trip time was fast and efficient. The house come with sand toys and beach chairs umbrellas as well as toddler floaties for which aren't easy to pack when flying! Would love to come back!

Beautiful home with a wonderful layout. This property had everything we could have asked for including a wagon-like cart to carry chairs, games, towels, etc to go down to the beach. Pool area was perfect. Rooms were spacious and clean. All and all, we had a great time, and we would definitely consider going back.

Wow, I cannot say enough good things as to how perfect this vacation home was. House was beautiful, in a fantastic location, stone’s throw from the beach, and they were nice enough to provide our group with chairs, tents, boogie boards, etc. I am just so grateful we were able to have this experience. We will never forget it!

The pool and hot hub were great. The location was very close (5 to 10 minute) to restaurants. The beach access was was a short walk across the road. We did have a minor issue. The communication and resolution was quick.

We had 12 guests, from ages 2-74. The house, amenities and location were all great. The beach was a very short walk from the house and you can be in Daytona or Cape Coral in less than 30 minutes. We did have a couple of small issues but the property management team was very professional and responsive in getting the issues resolved. Over all it was an amazing stay, we highly recommend this property and absolutely would book again!

Incredible Stay!
Our extended family (10 people including kids from under 2 to 11) had a wonderful stay at this home. The house was equiped with everything we needed - pack and play, high chair, everything we needed for the beach - and was in the perfect location. Walking distance to the beach and within just a few miles of stores and restaurants.
The owner was very responsive and supportive of everything we needed and the home and pool were very clean.
The house exceeded our expectations and the customer service was top notch. Would definitely come back! Thanks for a great stay!

This was an awesome property - we had moms and kids for spring break 2022. Everything was super clean and great communication! All the new renovations make this house amazing. It is so spacious and we really enjoyed all the gathering areas inside and out!
