The property was great! Very clean, spacious and well-appointed with everything you need. We had half a week with just our family of 4 and then we had friends stay with us for the other half. 4 adults and 4 kids were happy and perfectly comfortable. Our host, Ruben, was super nice and very responsive. I would highly recommend this property and host if you’re looking for a great stay on Nettles Island!

Been renting on Nettles Island for over a decade. Easily one of the nicest places we have stayed. Also one of the easier owners to work with. Place is a good value/price for the size and condition of the home. Bedrooms are great. 3 full baths that are all nice. Kitchen is functional/basic. Nice open living space on main floor.
Would stay again and hope to next year!

This property was exactly as listed and more! Super spacious for our family of 5 with tons of activities and amenities to make our stay spectacular! The host was incredibly responsive from the time of booking all the way through our stay. It made it a worry free vacation.
Only down side was the incredibly strict rules at the nettles pools. It was a bummer to not have toys or be able to have small kids jump off the sides. The pool attendants reprimanded us for what seemed like normal pool behavior.

The place was very nice. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It was great to have access to 2 large heated pools and the ocean. With all of the games available to play, you never have time to be bored. Our host, Ruben, was very helpful and responsive. He even replaced the microwave immediately when we asked about it. Thank you for letting us stay in your place for 3 weeks as it was wonderful.

Loved the house - nicely decorated - very clean- loved the use of the golf cart. Our host was excellent- available if we had any questions .

The microwave broke the first evening and host said we could replace or he would have one delivered the next day. Never came. Towels had bleach spots and were very thin and should be replaced. The used bars of soap in the bathroom cabinet were unhygienic. The host controlled the air conditioner. One day it registered 84 degrees. I have stayed at many, many properties all over the world.

Everyone in the family enjoyed the stay. The house is confy and cozy. The community has store and pool and also anothe pool right across from the beach. We were between the pool and the beach. The owner was very fast in replying when we had questions. We look forward to going back one day.

The home was very comfortable for all. We had adults, young kids and early teens. Everyone had a great time and plenty of room. Great fishing very short walk from the house. There were also plenty of great beaches across the street and just short ride down the road. Easy check in and out, very clean place even had grill and smoker.

Cheers to 40 Years!
We celebrated our 40th anniversary and this was the perfect place! We thoroughly enjoyed the property with our kids and grandkids. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the pool, beach and other area parks and restaurants. We'll definitely return!

Good place to stay
The property was very convenient. It is only a few houses over from where they rent the golf carts, which I was able to pick up by walking. Once you have the golf carts it makes getting around the place really convenient and we placed both cars in the nearby visitors spots and parked both golf carts in the driveway for charging. The property had everything we needed and the owner was quick to communicate and make sure we could get through the front gate.

Very nice property and great place to stay!
We had a wonderful stay. The home is bright and welcoming and was very clean and comfortable and has everything needed. We were a group of five adults but the house has plenty of room for children/families as well. Nettles Island is a unique spot and has a lot of nice amenities to enjoy and everything is so convenient. Ruben was a fantastic host and quick to respond to any questions and even checked in to make sure everything was going well. We would definitely choose this property again when visiting the area.
