On our way back from NC to Memphis, my husband & I decided we’d like spend a night in Chattanooga. We were excited to find this affordable spot in a cozy location with little notice. Some info wasn’t clear initially, but the owner was quick to reply with clarification and assistance. We would definitely stay here again! Super clean with great skyline views and a fun pour-house across the street!

I got this place to stay the night before my wedding. I wanted a nice, quiet place to relax with great views and that's exactly what I got! I was even able to check in early to accommodate my wedding schedule! Wonderful place, great host!

The condo was very nice. They definitely lived up to the "fully disinfected" part of the title. Both TV remotes ere wrapped in disinfecting wipes. The unit was clean and tidy. We had absolutely no issues and would stay here again.

The condo was clean, spacious and exactly as described. It was within walking distance of the Aquarium and many restaurants and activities. Great bar/restaurant directly across the street. Sean was very accommodating and welcoming! Comfortable and well equipped! I would definitely stay again!

The location of this apartment was perfect - easy to find, close to a lot of attractions/restaurants.

This condo was excellent! It was very close to all restaurants, very clean, and had a good view (being the corner unit). We will definitely book it again if we are back in Chattanooga.

Beautifully decorated (not uber tourist-y) . Location was perfect and close to a ton of attractions and eateries. Check in and check out was super easy and didn't come with a ridiculous list of demands/rules. Only suggestion I have is to include some wash cloths, luckily I had brought my own. Would definitely stay again.

The host was very quick to respond with our questions. It would be helpful to have a little instructions on where the gym and pool are located.
We also just wanted to leave the place as close to how we found it … so check out info would be helpful on something in the condo. Over all great!

We loved Chattanooga. The condo was in a great location. There was a restaurant across the steet that was great for lunch. The river walk was a couple blocks away and we walked to the Aquarium and the Pedestrian bridge. Lots to do.
The condo was roomy and clean. There was plenty of storage.
The GFI in the bathroom wasnt working and I couldnt use the outlet to plug anything in. I did messege the host but didnt get a response.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Perfect place for our family for four nights ! Very clean and Shaun was fast and amazing at communicating with us. Very quiet we rarely ran into anyone while there. Easy parking and close to pretty much everything. Overall amazing stay! Also, loved that there wasn’t a long list of check out instructions like most places have these days! Definitely would stay again.

Clean comfortable newer complex, very safe and quiet w/ easy parking. Excellent location to Riverwalk and DT, great pub across the street and nice restaurant right on the water, all within easy walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable property. Convenient location to Downtown Marriott where my husband was attending a conference. Shaun was very easy to work with and available for questions. Only negatives were the rule of no shoes in condo and noisy streets during the day. Still would give it 5 stars!

Great place. Wish there were instructions for the washer. Convenient to many of the attractions in Chattanooga. After traveling all day, we had trouble getting the code for the building’s entrance. Comfortable.

This was perfect for what we needed, a quick overnight stay with our kids while passing through town! Very clean and nice. It would be great for a longer stay for just 1 person or a couple, with 2 kids sleeping on the pullout couch in the living room it would have been a little cramped for us for several days. But for one night it was great. It felt like we had to keep the kids kind of quiet but that might have just been my impression, we didn’t get any complaints or anything, if just felt like a very quiet building. Shaun was very easy to communicate with, and there were several nice restaurants in walking or close driving distance. Parking and check in/out were very easy. Highly recommend for a couple or for a short trip with a couple of kids!

We stayed one night at this property and it was beautiful and clean. Very spacious for two people with full living area, kitchen, large bathroom and laundry. Would stay again.

The place was well-maintained, clean, and updated. I rarely heard or saw any neighbors, so it was quiet. Great location. Communication with the owner upon arrival was perfect, and I needed nothing else during my stay. Thank you!

Great cleanliness and the host was friendly untill my nephew and his children came to visit me to check on me after my wife passed I stayed at the vrbo not even a full night and I felt harassed by the host asking me and texting me multiple times asking me how many guests was I plan on having over I had never been so harassed before it was totally unprofessional and made me uncomfortable I didn’t even stay the night there I felt watched and spyed on beware before booking.

The apartment itself is beautiful at located at a walking distance from downtown. Our communication with Shaun was very good. Sadly we couldn’t get sleep during our stay because of the loud neighbors in the upper floor.

Very impressed with decor, cleanliness, and location. Owner responded immediately after a question I had. I would definitely highly recommend this unit for visitors. The only negative is don't leave building without your phone. You need the bar code to access lock. However, this is very secure.
