The house was gorgeous. Brand new, high class and spacious. It was a private getaway in a gated community of other beautiful homes. It is on the main road so it’s easy to access the beach, restaurants and night life within a 4 min drive. We felt very safe with security on the property and a great alarm system in the house. Romina was excellent! She was always available for any questions we had. Pura vida!!

This property is beautiful & perfectly located about 5 minutes from Tamarindo Town via golf cart ( we rented one ahead of time and it was delivered before we even arrived ) The downside to this house was the bugs, they literally invaded the entire house. The master bedroom bathtub/shower is exposed to the outside, which meant every single day we had to broom at least 50 bugs out of the shower. It was kind of disgusting. Unfortunately, although the house was incredible and in a good location if I had known this bug issue ahead of time I would have stayed somewhere else.

Everything was so amazing. Any issues it was attended to immediately! The communication with Denisse was so amazing I definitely recommend booking with them! The property is exactly how it is pictured. I have NO COMPLAINTS! It is a MUST BOOK! Their communication is so amazing I cannot stress this enough. We had a slight black out due to the weather and they sent a technician the next day to help us reset everything. Amazing. MUST BOOK! I swear.

Omg the house was unbelievably gorgeous and the pictures don’t do it justice. Very clean and in a nice and new gated community. Easy and fast communication with property management team and they were very helpful. They also include a binder with all of the do/don’ts and any and everything helpful information you may need.

Beautiful property. The neighborhood is really quiet and peaceful. Very close to restaurants, activities, and the beach.

My family of five stayed at this lovely property for 5 night and had a wonderful time! Easy communication with the property management. The beds were comfortable, plenty of places to sit and relax and it was exceptionally clean. The living space provides a great view of the pool which is helpful when you’re keeping an eye on the kids. We would stay here again in a heart beat! Thank you!

This property was JUST like the pictures! Super conveniently located near the grocery store and a quick hop on a golf cart to the main area with great shopping and beach access. Only complaint would be the shower in the primary bathroom. Since the bath is located outdoors (which is beautiful!) there tend to be critters awaiting your arrival. But such is nature! Overall, the management company was lovely and made great recommendations for our stay! Would definitely recommend renting this property! Super safe and clean.

She was a wealth of knowledge and gave us a full tour of the house, its amenities, and information about the neighborhood and nearby stores, restaurants, beaches etc. Throughout our trip, Five Star Tamarindo was just a text message away. They took care of all of our excursions, called cabs for us, scheduled in-home Covid testing, etc. The house is located in a safe gated neighborhood with 24 hour security. The well appointed grocery store is a 2 minute golf cart ride away! So convenient. I would recommend renting a golf cart for travel into Tamarindo. The house is a walkable distance, but you'll appreciate having a cart for sure. We will absolutely return to Casa Nya! Thank you, Five Star Tamarindo!

We would highly recommend renting a golfcart (if you do not rent a car). While the beach isn't that far of a walk (approx 15-20 minutes to the middle of town with lots of restaurants and bars), it is a long walk in the heat. Being able to zip around in the golfcart made a huge difference! The grocery store is a very close walk (less than 5 minutes), but still nice to have the golfcart so you don't have to carrry all your bags in the heat!

Our favourite restarants were Pangas (a bit fanicer for Tamadindo, need a reservation) and the Dragonfly.

Would love to visit Casa Nya again!!

My family and I (party of 6) stayed at this property for 1 week, the location was great, a short walk to the beach and town. The grocery store Auto Mercado was even closer which was so nice and the store is located at a mall with small shops, pizzeria and empanadas. 5 star Reality was fantastic, if we needed a ride, reservations or golf cart assistance they were quick to respond on whatsapp and were very helpful. We really enjoyed staying here and the pool was fantastic. Highly recommend this property and Tamarindo.

The house and amenities are even better than what's shown. We had an incredible week long stay at Casa Nya. Beautiful home close to everything yet wonderfully secluded within a gated community. Everything about it was Five Stars including the wonderful management team who took care of everything from the time we booked until we said good-bye. Can't say enough good things about them and our stay at Casa Nya.

We loved staying in this beautiful modern home! Hosts were quick to respond when we had any questions. We had 3 couples, and each got to enjoy our own great ensuite bathroom with amazing showers which was so nice. The area has a lot of homes under construction so some mornings were quite noisy, but it is an up and coming development so understandable. Walking distance from a very good grocery store. Would stay again!

The property was impeccable in both cleanliness and design. Amazing location with great access to stores and town. The people from FiveStar property management where friendly and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend it and would love to stay there again.

Beautiful inside and out. Really enjoyed our stay! Super clean, very safe! Suggestion to the host-larger sectional in the main room. Aside from that we would stay at this property again-no complaints!

Everything we needed was in the house. Great communication with the property managers, Couldn’t ask for better.
