This place is absolutely a great value for the view alone! We loved being steps from the beach as well as using the beautiful pool with great service! The room itself was very spacious and fit four adults comfortably. Only cons were cleanliness as the floors were dirty and gritty (even before we went to the beach), there were some broken tile by the windows, the headboard was ripped up in one bedroom, and drawings of a heart in another bedroom. Also there wasn’t any hand soap provided. Otherwise, beyond these small cosmetic changes, this place truly was amazing! My friends and i couldn’t stop saying how much this felt like an all inclusive resort and we would absolutely book again!

Stayed for 5 nights (6/24/24-6/29/24) with my wife and 2 daughters. The suite was as promised and has a great view of both the beach and downtown Miami.
Service by the pool was top notch and the beach is much nicer here than at South Beach (and quieter). The pool bar also provides food and drink service to the beach.
The water was very clear, calm and warm and we got to see a manatee and some baby sea turtles. You can walk out a pretty good distance.
Overall, we all loved our trip and wish we were still there.

We had a great stay here as a family with a wide range of ages. The apartment provided everything we needed and an amazing pool and beach as well.

Walls are solid and we didn’t observe noise from surrounding units while in the room. Unit was as advertised, floors were a little sandy upon entry but there is a broom and it is on the beach after all. Windows also had some marks from previous pets or kids. Enjoyed the boardwalk and lounging at the pool in a non rowdy, chill atmosphere. Typical resort type restaurant and sundry prices.

My family had a wonderful time visiting Miami. There was a small hiccup checking in and there was construction going on in the front of the building but owner had great communication and pool area/beach area were in excellent condition. The construction noise could not be heard from inside the building. Great place to stay!

Beautiful condo! Clean and exactly like advertised. Host was very responsive and provided excellent customer service! The only issue was the front of the building was not well kept, but the other amenities were perfect.

Absolutely Stunning and Amazing Place to stay in Miami.

This particular property is a little further uptown closer to mid beach than we thought, but the grounds are gorgeous. Two beautiful pools, poolside bar and high class on site restaurant. They’re also very convenient store, coffee shop, live music venue. The condo building/hotel itself is in heavy disrepair, the elevators were broken, and there was a smell throughout the property. The front desk staff also was very rude as well as a very heavy security presence with no sense of customer service, mostly enforcement. This energy did change the energy for our stay. But, the host was amazing. In the finishes in the condo itself were also very nice. The view is top notch, and you can see the bay and ocean

The unit is in great condition. We stayed in this building once before and this unit was the nicer of the two. Kitchen and entire living space was great. Bathrooms were really nice too!
Only challenges were:
1 - Saying it sleeps 6 is deceptive. There is a trundle bed in the master bedroom which would be incredibly awkward to use as it would basically create one massively long bed with 4 people. We moved the mattresses out and had two kids sleep in the living space.
2 - The showers only had ridiculously hot water coming out. We let the unit manager know right away, he said he'd get back to us and never did. I followed up later and he thought it was taken care of, but he had never followed up with me. Both showers were the same. All of us had to take baths only which really slowed down the evening process (seriously, the water was THAT hot).

Our unit was perfect! Clean. Well stocked. We had everything we needed. Would stay again if we return. We were able to pay a bit extra for a late checkout that allowed us to enjoy almost another full day. Thanks for sharing your beautiful apartment/condo with us!

I am a colon cancer survivor. I get very sick once in a while (Extreme Nausea) I could barely talk when I arrived.
I begged the attendant at the front desk to let me get to my room and I would take care of the cleaning charge when I felt better. He said absolutely not, you must take care of it now.
Mind you, I was the color green!!! No empathy, I had already paid the room in full. Everything about this condo is true. It is beautiful. Wonderful views. Everything was stocked, but be careful with the shelves. They aren't secure in the kitchen, and went to grab a dish and the shelve tilted towards me. I would stay here again.

Staying at this property was the best vacation decision I’ve made. 💯. The condo is in the Alexander Hotel. It is beautiful, clean and on the beach☀️. I’ll never stay in a hotel room when visiting Miami. VRBO.com is the way to go!! Maydelin, the host was awesome, she was super responsive, friendly and accommodating. My family had a great time, and felt super relaxed in this condo. Thanks Madeline!!! 2 nice size rooms, bathrooms are modern, 3 flat screen tvs. Kitchen utensils, pots and pans. I’ll be staying here for all my future trips to Miami! 💯☀️🌈

My family and I had a great time staying at this property. The condo was everything I was expecting based on the posting. We enjoyed the beach, pool and the pool bar. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Valet and front desk were very helpful and accommodating. Condo was great! Very spacious and comfortable for a group of 5. Hotel was in a great location, just a short Uber ride to most places. Owners were responsive and provided very helpful information prior to check in.

Sparkling clean and nice location
The unit itself is great. Roomy, clean, and with great views. The property itself though could be better. Slow elevators, the pool furniture could be in better shape, and the pool staff is not very attentive.

Beautiful Unit with wonderful hosts!
We loved this unit and Madyline and Alvarez (and Jorge) were all quick to respond. The unit is one of the nicest I have ever stayed. Very updated in all ways. Gorgeous. The Alexander is an older hotel with tons of charm. The valets were the best---they always had our car there by the time we got downstairs. The elevators break frequently, but not for long--people work together and take the employee elevator. That was the most frustrating issue, which is minor. The beach is fabulous, the bar by the pool is great---we didn't use it much, but the employees were very friendly, and everyone else there was certainly using it! We loved the pathway along the beach/hotels for running each day. So beautiful. I would definitely stay there again.
