Emma, the Host, was very friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to welcome us and show us around the apartment. The furnishings and ornaments give a homely effect. The added miniature Christmas TREE was especially thoughtful, seeing as Christmas is nearly here. A bit of Humor.. Went to the kitchen to make a cup of coffee (ingredients provided). Took down a large glass jar of *Sugar* Added some to the mug of coffee..... Took a sip and Gagged..... The sugar was *SALT*. LOL :)

The driveway especially, and parking area are in need of an upgrade. (somewhat potholed and rainwater logged)

It's a quiet place with proper set up for relaxing and work. Everything is put in place with back up solar powered geyser, fridge and microwave which made it perfect to have meals ready at all times. The self catering Kitchen is superb and I love the coffee. The security is top notch and I remember coming back past midnight and they were professional and treated me perfectly well. I recommend this place to anyone looking forward to staying at a very secure place and neat apartment while in Lusaka.

When we arrived we had no idea where to go. I contacted Emma and she had Audry meet us in the car park to show us the way and hand over keys.

3 small things to mention. 1. Cables for extension cables and fans were a bit messy and one of us almost tripped so I simply wrapped them in a loop and tidied them up. 2.it’s a bit windy up on the 3rd floor and although the breeze was nice with windows open slightly for air circulation a lot of the doors kept banging even though closed so disturbs sleep a little.Perhaps some door stops to slip under each door to prevent this in future. 3. A fan in each bedroom (there were only 2 fans 3 bedrooms) would be great for night time to keep cool in the warmer weather.

The apartment was clean,fresh neat it was just like we were in our house, also very spacious. all kitchen utensils were there,comfy beds,wifi on point i could still do my work whilst on holiday.Audrey and Emma were amazing very lovely and proffessional from the day we landed till leaving.Audrey helped with our uber driver he was sweet and reliable as well.We will def be back for a longer stay in Dec and thank you Ibex hill apartment staff please keep it up😍😍😍 highly recommend it for families as well, great location and very private...

Nothing we loved everything

Inside the apartment, it is a perfect home. Modern facilities, confortable.

The location can be intimidating, but no bad incidents have been reported. We parked the car overnight, everything was OK.

The apartment is very cosy. I really liked the apartment inside.

The payment system was very bad. Was told payment is done at reception but had to end up looking for ATMs to pay. With bank charges being too much in foreign country. Would be better if booking.com does the payment through card loaded. The host Emmah Tembo is very welcoming but person left to receive guests needs more customer relationship coaching.

we experienced a very warm welcome from the hosts. we enjoyed our stay in this place. very spacious, very clean, quiet, well equiped and good value for money. the owner is very understanding and easy to communicate with. we loved it and will definitely recommend it to others.
