As May 1, they’re still a terrible vibration and noise in the master bedroom. The walls actually vibrate in both the bathroom and the bedroom, and you need earplugs to sleep. Otherwise, the location is great and the balcony and the condo is fun. Just make sure you check to see if it’s fixed before coming.

Aside from the noise it really is a nice condo. Its location is perfect, the interior is spacious and modern. The bed sheets and pillows were clean and very comfortable. I like how there were some spices and items in the cabinet for us to use. Check-in was simple. The host replies fast. The floors had not been mopped since the last guest. To access the unit, you must have a key fob to get into the elevator. The house only comes with one. If you are out and want to go home, but your friends want to stay out, your friends must call and wake you so you can come let them in the elevator. This was annoying. There is an extremely loud noise in the master bedroom wall. It is a combination of a low drone noise like a washing machine, and a higher pitched erratic tapping. The tapping is like two casserole dishes in your backseat constantly banging as you drive – and it is loud! So loud it travels through the condo. It is impossible to sleep in there. My husband slept on the living room couch, I laid in bed for 2 hours before I fell asleep, and I woke not feeling rested. It appears to be something concealed in the wall that is possibly the AC for another unit. There is no way for the host to stop the noise other than having it fixed. This was mentioned in 2 other reviews, but I thought I would try, BIG MISTAKE. Do Not Stay Here unless you confirm the noise is fixed. The house needs to be taken off VRBO until it’s repaired. I highly recommend this place if the noise is fixed.

Easy to walk to everything! The location is great. The space is nice. Could be cleaner. Also there is a noise in between the walls in the master bedroom when the heat or fan comes on that is loud and would be hard for people to sleep at night if they can’t tune it out. I would stay again for the location.

Great location in downtown Greenville. Property is new ish and nice, but needs cleaning. Hair on floors (eww!), I even found a pill of some sort.

We took a best friends trip with our spouses. We wanted to be able to park and play without having to drive everywhere. We found this gem in downtown Greenville and it was a great trip! The condo was clean, cozy, and close to everything downtown.

Our first VRBO experience and this place checked all the boxes allowing us to take in downtown Greenville while visiting our family over Christmas.

We had a wonderful week staying in this property.

A friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It is attractive, well equipped, and in a great location. Getting in and out with luggage might be a little cumbersome for one person (need to park close while unloading, not too clear where key fob was), but this was minor. Definitely recommend!

The location of this property is stellar! Greenville is such a unexpected beautiful surprise in the downtown and surrounding area. Especially in November with moderate temperatures and changing fall leaves. My only complaint is how unsanitary the two bathrooms were. The baseboards were dirty with dust bunnies and hair and it was obvious even to my poor eyesight. Also, maybe the items left in the bathroom drawers are meant to be a courtesy but I would never use a second hand razor (there were two) or really even packets of qtips. It would be different if these were brand new items in sealed packaging but they just looked like a previous occupants forgotten items. The rest of the property was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Olivia was very accommodating with allowing early check in when we arrived in town early. So helpful and great communication! Awesome downtown location!

The apartment is super roomy, very clean and in the perfect location. Walk to everything it’s just outside the door. Even though you are in the heart of downtown, the way the apartment is set up it is very quiet. The patio is perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Highly recommend

We chose this property for a wedding on Sunday and was surprised with the Greenvillle fall festival and it was a perfect location for both events. He split floor plan would have been great for two couples!

My adult daughters and I enjoyed staying here for 4 days. The place was beautiful and ready for us when needed. The location is wonderful! Easy to walk everywhere around downtown Greenville! Thanks to Olivia for being a great host.

GREAT condo, close to everything in a great city! Location was perfect, the balcony looking on the courtyard made it that much more exceptional. Super quiet neighborhood and the condo was clean and spacious! We will come back again!

This was one of the finest condos that I have rented. The location in the heart of Greenville can not be beat. Spacious, clean, and thoughtfully appointed. I would happily stay here again and again.

This condo was perfect for my husband and I and another couple celebrating both our anniversaries. The location was wonderful! It is convenient to everything downtown. You can walk everywhere. It is very quiet and has a nice patio that overlooks a courtyard that is very quaint. My husband and I will stay here again for sure. Olivia was wonderful with communicating anything we needed!

There were bunches of black hairs on the floors of both bathrooms. The tv remote in the bedroom was corroded where the batteries should be and would not work. The bedrooms did not adequately cool at night. There was not sufficient light in the 2nd bedroom. The unit was not as clean overall as expected. The location was great.

Super good location and super space! It is close to everything (we walked to dinner, the Peace Center for a show, breakfast....) Parking was easy and cheap ($7 per day) at the Spring Street garage and if you park near the right elevator, it's only a 1/2 block walk to the apartment. We had everything we needed for a great weekend.

We were only at the property for one night but found it to be a very clean apartment in a perfect downtown location. Will certainly consider it again for future stays.
