We stayed for 2 weeks and our bedsheets wasn’t changed during our duration

Close to all nice hotel and the staff are extremely nice and helpful. food is very nice, quite and room is very clean.

The bathroom was not clean! and it smelled bad not really fresh. This is something that they need to fix

All the staff are very good. We did enjoy our stay at the hotel. Very clean and very comfortable. You will really enjoy what you paid. Hope to come back again.

I wouldn't normally leave a bad review about a place because I am in the same industry but I will give this place an exception First things first, I booked my partner in for Saturday night 15th of April as they are going to attend the Aurora Music Festival. I decided to book them in again for Friday night so they do not have to worry about checking in at 1 am the Saturday morning. My partner rang them on Thursday night to confirm the booking and they informed us that there was a conflict with booking. com but told us nothing about looking for a new hotel, when my partner arrived at the hotel Friday afternoon they were told that they will be a priority to be relocated to another hotel for Saturday night as there have been overbooking, I had to ask my partner to ring them before 12 am to confirm because I do not want to be looking for a hotel at 7 am (the time they said they will confirm if my partner will have a place to stay for the night or none) I was informed that the front desk staff that they were talking to had an attitude and was not helpful at all. When I thought that they were looking for a place for them I just got a message from booking com that my booking is now canceled. TLDR: I would not book here again because the front desk staff (Ms. Marian Miranda) is just -100.
