Marcy was AMAZING and promptly answered any questions I had! I cannot say enough good things about her and the excellent communication throughout the week. The property is super clean which I am a big stickler about. I highly recommend adding the linen package so you don't have to lug all of that with you. The furniture was extra comfy. The view from the balcony WOW WOW WOW!!!!! Walking distance to so many places. Everything was just wonderful and cannot wait to return someday. The only down side was that we had to leave to go home. Thank you Marcy for EVERYTHING!

This property had beautiful views and a great location. It is in walking distance to the beach and several excellent restaurants, candy shops, mini golf, etc. The condo was nice and perfect for our family of 4. My boys got their own bedroom and bathroom. The host was wonderful to work with! :)

The condo itself is gorgeous. The balcony sunsets over the Bay are beyond words. While sitting there during the day we spotted gulls, turtles, fish, a JELLY FISH and even 2 STING RAYS!! The entertainment from the water creatures and the water crafts was so fun.
The pool is great and my family had fun sitting there just relaxing.
Marcy made the check in process easy, and the directions on how to find the specific unit were spot on.
Our only dislike was that none of us found the beds comfortable, but everyone has different preferences, so don't let that deter you. (That's the only reason we said 4 not 5 stars for overall rating)

The condo is just as it looks online. The owner was easy to get a hold of and answered my question in minutes. It was easy to get in and out with the code and the neighbors were all very friendly. The beautiful bay view was my favorite part. We are a fishing family and we were about to fish with the kids on the docks below our room. Its a simple walk across the street to the beach.
There is plenty of parking. You can rent kayaks, paddle boards etc right next door which was also fun! I would stay here again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The linen package was also a great and convenient option. The location was perfect with amazing views of the bay and a super easy walk across the street to the ocean. Also good dining options, mini golf, bowling and water sports all within easy walking distance. Marcy was a great host and we were thrilled with our trip. Couldn’t have asked for more!

First of all the communication with Marcy was the best! Within seconds she responded. Helped me out with me forgetting to get the linen package. I changed our booking at the last minute to stay longer and she made it happen for us. The sunset views are the best I’ve ever experienced from a condo porch. Pool was still open so we were super excited. Definitely will return.

Delightful get away in the middle of everything. Great space and amenities. Right on the water, one block walk to the beach, beautiful sunsets and quiet corner. The host, Marcy Abbot, was more than welcoming, accommodating, knowledgeable, and most importantly responsive and enthusiastic. I would definitely recommend this location .

This was our first visit to Ocean City, and this condo did not disappoint! The strip is very busy and bustling with activity, but when you walk into the door of the condo you feel like your worlds away from it all. No traffic noise, no pool noise, just this AMAZING view from the main living spaces and the master bedroom. Many great places within walking distance too!
We had just a couple minor issues after checking in, but the property manager is excellent and very responsive! We would definitely come back here if we return to OC.

Perfect location with amazing views
We absolutely loved everything about this property! From the moment you walk in you can just see the water. It was perfect for our family of four and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was so clean and big. The beach was just a short walk. It's within walking distance to many amazing restaurants and other activities. We were so happy to be right next door to a kayaking rental place. The listing is exactly how it's pictured but better! Our only regret was that we didn't book it for longer. We will surely miss waking up to that amazing view every day. A big thank you to Marcy for being so wonderful and allowing us to check in early. We will definitely be back next year!

Great midtown unit
Very nice location. Almost "cruise-like" views straight out to the bay. Nice pool and easy private bay-beach access right next door. Rental was clean, as expected. Marcy was a responsive host.
Only hot button - I really wish VRBO and other shared properties would include bedding and paper products, same as a hotel would. Nothing really differentiates from a standard realtor rental. I've noticed this is only an issue in Ocean City, from my own personal experience. When competing against hotels, things like this should be standard.

Beautiful Sunsets
The property was in great shape. The space was perfect for a family of four. It's located within 10 minutes drive from everything you need. Within walking distance of plenty to see, do and eat. The Sunsets on the balcony are picture perfect.
Just a couple of side notes
1. if you plan on doing an laundry while there make sure you have quarters they don't have a quarter machine. There are plenty of washers and dryers plus the area is kept very clean so it's nice to have them on the property.
2. The water pressure in the showers are high and wonderful. If you have long thick hair like me it's an important thing.😉
If we return to the area we wouldn't stay anywhere but here. Marcy is an amazing host and went above and beyond to accommodate our family for our visit.

Gorgeous Sunsets
We enjoyed our stay at this property - it was in a great location, and the views were gorgeous. We enjoyed watching the sunsets on the balcony, and one night, we saw an amazing lightening storm. Close to the beach, restaurants and right on the bay - nice place!

Beautiful views!
Here are a few things that stood out: This place has great sweeping views of the bay. The space was clean and spacious enough for 4 adults, plus more if needed. Sectional couch was comfy, kitchen had cooking utensils, and lots of seating for eating - dining table for 4 and bar counter. Comes with a little push cart in the closet to help bring stuff up and down from vehicle. Cold fridge and the ice maker with incredible (we go through a lot of ice)! Bath rugs could have used a wash but we just moved them aside. Overall, a great stay and we would consider renting here again.

Condo is decorated well and creates a nice comfortable stay. It’s location at Wight Bay is great…very private and quiet. We enjoyed the beautiful view and happy with the short walking distance over to the beach. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
