Loved this house!! Just beautiful and every bedroom had their own bathroom which was great! Outside seating was very nice as well… had a small ant problem but they helped the best they could…

Let’s get the key things out of the way first, the location is beautiful. Coral Estates is a lovely, safe part of the Island with easy access to everywhere. The house is big, the kitchen is well-stocked and the internet is reliable. The caretaker, Petra, was always accessible, pleasant and tried to resolve issues as they arose. Some truths that matter: For the premium price being asked, the house needs work. The rainy season has exposed quite a few leaks in the ceilings and windows, cracks that let armies of ants in and some parts of the property that really need repair. We tried to look past these and enjoy the holiday but could not ignore the greatest feature of the property was unsafe. The beautiful gazebo was conducting live electricity. On the first night, I was given a nasty shock, my wife was shocked and we did not get to enjoy it for even 1 day, as it was not resolved during our stay. Even touching the wood delivered a zap! Our kids were very upset they couldn’t use the hammocks, watch the impressive lightning storms on the sea from the sofas, play games or even eat in that beautiful space. We paid for a premium property because we expect a certain standard and we like that the owners are normally quite involved. Prior to arrival, they were actively engaged, lovely and very accommodating… until we expressed displeasure about the gazebo. Since then, we’ve had no replies to any messages. A sad experience that lessened what should have an incredible stay. Shame.

We enjoyed 16 nights in this beautiful home! The view, especially from the deck overlooking the ocean is amazing. We traveled with small children and found the home very family friendly. We hope to return soon!

This property and Curaçao surpassed all if our expectations. The property was stunning. The views were stunning. The Coral Estates are gated and quiet. The beach, restaurant, and bar were only 5 minutes walk from the home. The snorkeling at the beach was excellent. The property is on a fossil coral cliff with multiple outdoor spaces to relax. This home is centrally located and provides quick access to anywhere on the island. The mosquitos can be a little aggravating in the rainy season so bring some repellent or buy some at the Curaçao distillery or aloe farm. Go to Williwood and eat a goat burger. La Boheme Curaçao was amazing and very well priced. It was some of the best food on the island. The sunsets and watching the boats passing while swimming in the pool made for memorable and relaxing ends to the day. The beaches to the north were beautiful and swimming with the turtles was a bucket list checkoff for my wife. We look forward to returning in the future!

We loved Curacao and the amazing beaches and sights. The home has gorgeous views of the ocean and sunsets and we really enjoyed the private pool. The couple is new to owning the property so they may want to accurately update what is posted. The only aspect of the home that has Air Conditioning are the bedrooms and the TV HDMI cable did not work with any of our devices so it was not usable during our stay.
