Very nice property. Just WIFI connectivity issues but overall very good

This house you couldn’t beat the price. It looks just like the photos and very spacious. great to accommodate everyone with their own large room and bathroom. The host was very easy to contact. Beds are comfy and everything is very close by. Showers get super hot and air conditioning gets very cold. I would totally stay here again. If I could give any advice to save money your best bet is to go to Publix less than 1 mile away and get basic items such as bagels and eggs and lunch meat to make breakfast sandwiches, coffee and cold cuts. Saves a ton of money on breakfast and snacks. Also, if on broadway check out jacks BBQ. Best place we went to this entire trip. Food was outstanding and the hospitality was unmatchable. Ask for “cornbread” he will help you with everything.

We went to Nashville to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. This house was so roomy, very comfortable and absolutely beautiful. It’s very convenient to downtown too. We would definitely stay here again.

It was. Great stay but need more beds

The house was just adorable inside and out. Thankfully the property rental allowed parking for 1 vehicle per bedroom. This was awesome considering our family arrived on different days. The inside was cute and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Most of our activities were near the Opry Land Hotel and Opry Mills, which was close by and easily accessible. We would definitely stay her again. Thanks!

Overall a great place to stay. Easy to Uber downtown. Only recommendations are, if 12 adults are staying, consider adding things like more coffee cups and blankets.

Good location, clean property, well equipped.

The home was beautiful and cozzy ... the only thing was that i asked for propane cuz it was empty for fire pit and never got it but other than that it was great ... most definitely we would stay there again

The property was clean and quite new as advertised in the photos. We had a large group and had plenty of space for everyone. The location is also very easy to get to and use ride share. Accommodations were great with comfortable beds, large kitchen/common area, and excellent air conditioning (it was 100+ degrees with feel like above 110). The only two complaints we had were 1. Even though every guest gets two towels, only 1 washcloth was provided per person and 2. The cookware was a bit lacking (no mixing bowls, oven mitts, etc) but we made due. The small bag of trash bags and such were great as was the bottle of wine. Other than those two minor items, excellent stay!

Every year we take a quick trip to Nashville from Memphis. This year didn’t disappoint. The location was perfect.

This was the first place I thought of when we were coming back to Nashville as we stayed there last year. I was glad it was available. It did not disappoint, easy check-in, very clean and comfortable. We will be back next year.

The property was easy to find, nice/quiet location. Home was as pictured, clean and spacious for our group of 7. Great communication led to easy check in/out and stay.

Great base for family trip with elderly relatives as 2 bedrooms downstairs. Great communal space.

From start to finish this experience was exceptional! The house was perfect for us and is well maintained. The owners have thought of every last detail. We look forward to staying here next time we are In Nashville.
