Nice clean comfortable rooms

Minimally staffed leading to delays in delivering services in good time. Drinking water bottles on chargeable basis was not expected.

The pricing was around 10-15% higher, I wish it was a little cheaper then it could have good value for money ????

bad bed sheets, non cleanings of windows & almirahs.. garbage inside, faulty fan in room 108

clean and in good condition. Roma are Nice. the restaurant is serving very good Indian food.

the breakfast was not excellent but not bad too.

The modernness of the room was excellent.

There was a few hairs we found around the room, on the side table next to the bed, a few in the bed and on the duvet. The shower floor also looked like it hadn’t been cleaned as there was dirt

Everything was superb

it’s located in a good surroundings and all places to visit are accessible

we faced problem with the bathroom. The water did not drain out fast. even during bath the water use to pile up. we have informed the reception staff and they have assured to resolve .

Modern, clean hotel. Breakfast buffet style with omelette etc on request. Restaurant very popular in the evening and lovely food. Staff mostly helpful depending who was on the desk. Hotel on a road with many shops including Levi’s, Tim Hortons etc close by. Good location but need transport for sightseeing. Easy to hail a tuc tuc. Good location for bus station.

Please don’t butter or add the jam to toast. Allow us to do it ourselves! Card machine not working for international credit cards so had to pay cash.
