Clean and convenient

Perfect little place for what we needed on a weekend trip to Denver! Check in was easy and the property was very clean - also close access to interstate to easily get out to where we were hiking and then into downtown denver later. The fenced-in yard was a huge plus for our pups too.

Everything worked well. Very comfortable. Nice outdoor space. Only minor imperfections, but a good deal in a great location. I really enjoyed exploring lakewood and edgewater with my family.

This is not a fancy place but it was just like the pictures showed and it what was what we had hoped for at this price point. Beds and linens all comfortable and clean. Loved the backyard patio for morning coffee. We were on the move a lot so it was a nice place to call base camp as we did our day trips north and south exploring Colorado and visiting relatives. Would stay there again for sure.

Checked in and informed the rental company that the AC was not working and was told “it should cool off outside tonight so we will send someone out tomorrow”. So we slept as best we could in the hot house despite outside temps everyday were over 90 degrees. The inside of the house was over 80 degrees. Company told us we needed to wait at the property for the repairman so we lost an entire day of vacation waiting for him just to find out from the repairman that it’s not his first job so he would’ve never been able to come prior to 5pm that day! The repairman didn’t show up until over 24 hours after notifying the rental company of the issue!!!! All day the rental company told us “he should be there soon” hours and hours sitting in a hot house with my 80 year old grandfather and not able to enjoy our vacation because the rental company didn’t think it was a priority. Very poor customer service, I will never rent through this company again. If zero stars was an option that’s what I would’ve given.

We also spent a great deal of time just hanging out and playing games. There was ample room for the three of us and the beds were very compfortable.

This house was in the right spot for us. We loved the stay. We got in late and noticed a few things but they sent someone over right away to fix it. Will 100% book again.

The primary toilet didn’t really work requiring us to remove the back almost every time to stop it from running so it would flush again. I don’t think it was broken - it just looked like it had been fixed by someone’s unemployed uncle. The bathroom faucet dripped the entire time we were there. The living room fan (and light) wobbled like crazy looking it could come crashing down and kill somebody anytime. We just didn’t use it. There was only ONE extra roll of toilet paper for 5 people for 4 days. (Come on - I know you don’t want to fully stock it but we shouldn’t need to go to the store for toilet paper for a 4 day stay.). The lawn looked like it hadn’t been mowed in weeks. I didn’t hear anything from anybody from mgmt at any time - ever. I would definitely NOT recommend this place. Just a little bit of work could have made it a fine place to stay. But no

It was perfect for us, especially with allowing a dog, with a plus for a big fenced-in yard. Plus close to downtown. We had everything we needed here, and would stay here again.

Location was convenient for our needs. The house could use a better cleaning honestly and they need to make a better policy for cleaning up dog poop. The back yard was full of precious dogs waste. Overall not a bad experience but could have been cleaner and maybe better maintained.

Great little place to launch into the Denver area. This was our second time back and we will definitely come again!

Nice house, but it looks a little more dated in person than it seemed in the photos. The furniture looks modern, but I would actually prefer something less attractive if it was more usable... For example, we were scared to sit on the chairs at the kitchen table after realizing that the legs were missing multiple screws and were barely attached to the plastic seat anymore.

This was a great stay for us. My girls played in a week long softball tournament. This house gave us exactly what we needed. The neighborhood looked a little sketchy but it turned out to be ok. We would stay here again.

We needed a place to stay that was pet friendly while we had to be out of our home for the weekend. Check in was easy but check out was confusing. The directions in the house were not the same as ones online. We followed a list of instructions on the fridge and thought check out was 11am. Cleaners arrived at 10:15 and we were in a max rush to get out with our newborn and dogs. Other than that, it was an easy stay. May want to consider having the house sprayed more though. There was a lot of bugs in the kitchen due to the back door entrance we believe.
