Almost 5 stars. The house was clean, quiet neighborhood and spa heated up fast. The musty, wet dog smell was quite strong and the master ceiling fan had a loud clicking sound. Other than that, all was well.

I was looking for a place to have a staycation. Rachel’s house was perfect. It was spacious and clean. Everything was in working order. I had absolutely zero issues. The house was also nearby plenty of places to eat and things to do. It was also very quiet in the neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend if looking for a place for a family to stay.

Nice place and it was a very good location for what we needed. Things may have changed recently, but to relax and watch a movie in the evening, I wouldn’t say the seating is the most comfortable. Hot tub works well and an oval all nice place to stay.

The house was well appointed and very clean. It is conveniently located to all the desirable venues in Montgomery county. The hosts were very communicative and helpful regarding the property features. A very decent place to stay.

We loved our time here. We came for a wedding. The house was perfect and even better than the listing. Great, comfortable beds and lots of places to hang out together. Huge kitchen. Loved the pool too.

I only had a short stay. House was great close to everything I needed. Rachel was very nice and easy to work with answered any questions. I would would for sure recommend this house for a stay and will stay again next time I am in the Houston area. Jacuzzi is a plus don't miss it.

Houston in August is hot like the surface of the sun. Selecting a house with a pool was a must for our family and this one for the bill. Owners were easy to work with and terrific on communication. While the Woodlands may be far away from the center of Downtown Houston, sometimes you just want a place with a nice pool to while the time away. And this checks all the boxes.

It was a nice cosy place. The owners told us about the things that were broken before we noticed it. I would stay again 😁

We live in our RV fulltime and stayed here while we were getting some repairs and it was amazing. Things I loved: -Pool and hot tub. It was so awesome to have those right there for the kids to use. -Main bathroom bathtub. Really hot water, great water pressure in shower. -All the little touches. Plenty of toilet paper (some places they provide a roll and one extra and that's it). Cotton pads for cleaning off makeup. Laundry pods & dishwasher tabs. Coffee for the Keurig. Tea. Ziploc bags, plastic wrap, aluminum foil! Do you know how rare that is?! -Super easy and responsive communication with hosts. -Proximity to Houston. It's about an hour in rush hour traffic to get to downtown. About 40 minutes when it's not rush hour. -The Woodlands has everything you could possibly need or want! Things that I didn't love but didn't affect my stay: -Cute living room chairs but not very comfortable so didn't lend themselves to hanging out much in the living room. -The lights in the main bedroom were wonky. Overhead would blink about 10 times before actually turning on (warming up?), and the touch lamps were, well, touchy. Sometimes they worked and sometimes they didn't. Also there wasn't a plug behind the lefthand nightstand, which is annoying for someone who needs to use a CPAP machine. -The pool/spa controller was really hard to read! You had to hold it just right to be able to see the screen. All of this to say we loved it and would definitely stay again!

This place is beautiful not 1 flaw the beds are very comfortable as well as pillows kitchen has everything you need with added touches like coffee ect….. and nice bottle wine this home is extremely clean and decorated very cute explanations on how to do everything was very helpful this place will be on the top of my list

In town to take care of family business and needed a quiet comfortable place to stay. Due to illness we had to reschedule our stay for a month out and the host was very helpful and made it work for us. We’re pretty low maintenance, but found the accommodations to be premium. We had everything we needed and then some. The property is tucked away in a quiet little nook of The Woodlands and is close to everything. It’s just a quick jump to the main freeway which is wonderful. Everything is very comfortable, well kept, and the hosts thought of every need you may have. Highly recommend!

We felt the property was very neat, clean and a great location. Overall a good place to stay. The pack-n-play was broke and the owners replaced a few days later, Bikes tires did not hold air and as we were leaving we mentioned it and they were going to look into it. Spa was great and worked very well. We needed to take care of the skimming of the pool ourselves, Heating of the pool was $125 per day with a two day minimum which the cost was not stated clearly on the listing.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean and comfortably slept our group. However, we were a bit put off by all of the rules and restrictions. In addition to the noise meter and reminders to be very quiet, there were “rules” listed all over the house - don’t move anything, if you borrow it return it, if you turn it on turn it off, if you take it replace it, etc etc etc. also things like the remotes were attached to the tables with extendable cords. I understand wanting guests to take good care of the property, and while we certainly enjoyed staying in a well cared for home, the overall feeling of all these reminders was overbearing. It felt as if we were welcome to pay to rent the house but not actually relax and truly use it as we like, we did not want to break any rules or be charged. Overall, it was a nice place to stay, and I would consider staying again because our group did not spend much time together in the home, but just slept there, so it was pretty easy not to disturb anything. But if you are planning to spend lots of time together there, take all the rules into account. I also felt a bit strange that the owner texted me asking for more information about my group and why we were in town, which I did not provide, and she did not press it. But otherwise they were very nice and easily reachable.

Doorstop in master broken. Several chairs has loose/cracked legs. Barstools low quality/unstable. Seating in living room uncomfortable and inadequate for all guests to gather. Hot tube great! Location ideal for attending wedding venues. Not enough toilet paper for stay. Very limited towels and of low quality. Kitchen shears had cracked/broken handel. Beds mostly comfortable. Lighting harsh..should be a softer white.

The property is awesome in every way. Tons of room and beautiful accents. The heated spa and pool are amazing. The hosts are easy to talk to and very involved. Will definitely try to stay again if available.

The facility was just as described. It was very clean and the owners were very easy to talk to if we had any questions.

We went to The Woodlands for a lacrosse tournament and since there were 6 of us we decided it would be better to rent a house. This home couldn’t have been more perfect for us. The location to the fields, the other players hotels and any restaurants we wanted or needed was perfect. There were plenty of shopping plazas in very close proximity. The hot tub and pool at the house was perfect for a quick “spa” moment. The home was spacious, clean and well accommodated. More than happy to recommend this home to anyone looking for a place in The Woodlands. Definitely a 5 star stay.

Can’t express enough how much we enjoyed our stay! The home is immaculately decorated and centrally located. Rachel, the owner, went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and make our stay comfortable. We will definitely be repeat renters when we are in town!!

The home is beautiful. Everything was great. Best part of our stay was the pool and spa, we loved it.

We had a wonderful time eating, drinking, talking and pool time. The property was very clean and we had plenty of room to put our food and prepare meals in the kitchen. The beds were all comfortable and bathrooms spacey for all of us. We spent a lot of time in the pool since it was Summer.
