Super rude. Worst experience ever…

The WORST experience EVER! My boyfriend and a booking and went a long way to get to the address which was written. But when we got there, it turned out to just be a street name. We tried to call the property, but when they finally took the phone they didn’t speak English, which was written on their site.So we tried in Spanish to ask for the address. But the person we spoke to was super rude and didn’t understand a word of what we said. it was like talking to a wall.. We asked for the address and he said : I’ll send you a link for your payment?! We wanted to pay in cash when we arrived, as their sits says- we can pay at the property. And I explained that my card doesn’t work with the links he would send. Which was the reason we would pay cash. We are backpackers so we stood for 1,5 hour with our bags in the hot sun waiting for a response. We told him that we would pay as soon as we arrived, but he refused to send the address and instead send us a bill on 14.680 mxn pesos?!?For one night! When the price was 1375 mxn pesos. Completely insane…He wanted us to pay but would give the address! We’ve been traveling trough Mexico for over a month now and have never experienced anything like it!! Stay away from this property- it’s scam!!!

First time using the app, owner communicated and responded quickly, and offered solutions

For reasons beyond the control of owner it wasn't any running watter when we got there, (city pipes problems) as soon as I communicate it to owner, he apologized, end sent 2 huge jugs of water for us to use , water service was restored by 7 am next morning
