Spacious good location clean tidy easy to access
Silly things really but no opening window in lounge to let fresh air in but that’s obviously due to it being a listed property and original windows had to stay
So not a lot could be done about that apart from maybe air con installed

The property was spacious, clean and well decorated. It felt modern, welcoming and warm.
Nothing! Only the hot water went out on the first day so couldn’t have a long bath or shower

When we arrived I was told that checkin could only be after 7pm? Or cancel the booking if I wanted.
No hot water for any of the three days two nights and was then told no one could come out to look at it until after our stay?
Asked for one nights refund and was told the price was already low so no!!!
