Everything we needed for a gathering place away from our own homes.

The property was spacious, clean, welcoming, equipped but not cluttered. The hosts were very kind to answer any questions we had, and it was a very special setting to host a Thanksgiving meal. Our family stayed there and we had our Son and his family, as well as his in-laws come for Thanksgiving lunch. It couldn’t have been more suited for the event. Hope to stay there again, the next time we come and visit our son. Thank you

Property was wonderful - outdoor fire and adirondacks were especially enjoyable! Not as close to downtown square as we hoped but the property owners were wonderful to work with in advance of our weekend and provided lots of great recommendations!

The house was well equipped. We had everything we needed and more. We had three families stay in the house. Each couple had a room. The kids shared two rooms. The beds were comfortable. The house had multiple hang out spaces. The backyard was the highlight. We will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great. Communication was easy, Craig was very responsive and accomodated our early check-in without a problem. We had plenty of space to spread out which was great as we were traveling with colleagues and everyone had private space but space to get work done as a group. Would definitely stay again!

I am a former Superhost and a realtor of 23 years. My family and I wanted a quick get-a-way week-end and chose Handcut Hollow Haven and what a pleasant surprise! The owners have gone above and beyond all expectations on every level to make this retreat a comfortable, extraordinary experience, from gourmet kitchen accessories and equipment to biking paraphernalia, black jack table, spacious backyard, outdoor kitchen, soccer nets, slip & slide, kids books, movies, games and so much more. Our family consisted of ages 2 to 75 years old and each of us did not lack in any area. All was supplied! The bedrooms were well-appointed and beautifully decorated. The grandchildren loved the bunk bed room and had their own supply of kids books to read. My daughter was so impressed with the exercise room and decided to camp in there for the week-end! Next stop....."Lake, Bike trails, Beach: Steps away from your doorstep!" I know I can trust Craig and family to provide a similar fabulous experience at their other VRBO rental and my family and I look forward to it!
