We came in for a quick Baylor game weekend with my family of five and grandma! This house is a great location very clean, and easy to get into and out of! We loved the safety aspect since it was completely enclosed because of the back gate/driveway. Our kids LOVED the bunk room, with the arcade game and other fun games located in the house! I LOVED the fact that there was a pack and play in the house, so we didn't have to travel with ours! It was very comfortable and easy to get to and from on all of our adventures. Thanks for an easy and effortless stay!

We loved everything about this house. The location was great- walking distance to Magnolia and 3 minute drive to Baylor. The house was clean, spacious and full of charm. The owners left some chips and salsa for us to enjoy and it was my favorite snack each day. We will definitely look to stay here again when we return to Waco.

This place is a MUST stay! The hosts are phenomenal to work with. There were unexpected treats when we arrived which made us feel welcomed and special! The location is close to everything Magnolia and a short distance to all the good restaurants and shopping. If you’re not familiar with Waco, the neighborhood is mixed with older and newly renovated houses. It’s not a bad area. You’ll definitely feel safe on the property and even with apartments across the street, it was quiet at night. I’d absolutely recommend this house to anyone visiting and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Needed a place for four ladies and this place was perfect with 3 bedrooms two bathrooms and one room have two sets of bunk beds. Great location to the Silos and restaurants. Waco has areas that are being revitalized and this is one of them. This house was gated all around but tight getting in and out. My only 4/5 would be the sketchy houses two doors down but that is no fault of owner as others are starting to tear down and rebuild. Very close to the new Laquinta and right near the interstate made location convenient. Kitchen area was wonderful and modern. Would stay here again.

We stayed here for orientation weekend for our soon to be freshman at Baylor. It was the perfect place for two families with great access to the university and the rest of Waco. The home is beautifully decorated and the hosts were incredibly accommodating. Hope to be back for football game weekends!

The house is light and airy. Great layout and beautifully decorated. Our 2 granddaughters loved the room with bunk beds. There was plenty of room for them to spread out their toys and keep the clutter in one room! The gated back yard has a privacy fence around it, which made a safe place for kids to play without having an adult out there with them. We would definitely stay there again!

Came with my mom for a girl’s trip to the Silos. The house is beautifully updated and decorated. Everything is new and clean. The location is an easy walk to the Silos and other shopping in the area. Tons of great restaurants nearby. Overall, we had a great trip!

Great place and location. A suggestion for both bathrooms - rails for the shower and bathtub. Both were slippery and someone could easily fall with no rails to grab hold. Also, a shelf in the shower to place shampoo/body wash. The kitchen was very well thought out. There were pleasant details everywhere. Would easily stay there again. Nice and clean as well!

We enjoyed this property so much. We did all things Magnolia during our stay and hung out here playing games at night! It’s super cute!

We did all things- tourist! We felt the house was the perfect location for all the things we squeezed into a 4 day trip! Amazing food, Magnolia, Dr. Pepper tour! We were thrilled with how close everything was.

Wonderful house. The house was very clean and management went above and beyond to communicate and make sure everything was good. Includes lots of extras like snacks and coffee. Kitchen had everything we needed. Location is very close to all the Waco attractions and good restaurants. Highly recommend!

Jesse’s Place was a great home base to explore Waco and Baylor U. It was convenient to the campus, Magnolia Silos, and Waco. House was clean, had all the home amenities we needed (shampoo/body wash/ conditioner, washer/dryer/ smart TVs. The video game machine was a bonus and the bunk beds gave everyone a good restful sleep. Jessica took care of us with the check into the property and the automatic gate for the rear driveway made us feel safe. Would stay here again! Thx

We stayed a weekend at Jesse’s place and enjoyed the house! The hosts were thoughtful and communicative, the house was clean and within a 5 minute drive or short walk to everything we wanted to do. We felt safe in the home and would absolutely stay again!

We stay in a lot of vacation homes and I’ll have to admit, this one was everything promised and more. It was just as pictured, clean, convenient, and stocked well beyond the average. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, snacks, etc. I would most definitely pick this exact house on our next visit. Absolutely perfect and the owner/management know what it takes to make a carefree vacation experience a reality.

We unfortunately only spent two nights in this wonderful property at the end of our Texas Roadtrip.
It is located right between Bailor and the Silos. Actually, the Silos are within walking distance...
It is very close to I35, which at times is rather noisy. But inside it is one of the most beautiful and well thought through properties we had the chance to live in. We collected many valuable ideas for our next renovation project and really enjoyed the stay. Highlight for the kids was the basketball and of course the gaming console :)
In summary, everybody enjoyed it and it was a great base from which to explore Waco (which has so much to offer! We were positively surprised!).

This home was perfect for our family of 7! We were in Waco to visit our daughter and attend the BU game. We also celebrated Thanksgiving! The kitchen had everything we needed. The home was very clean and comfortable. We loved having the gated backyard/parking. Location is great for a visit to Baylor or downtown Waco. We would highly recommend!

Lovely remodeled home with space for everyone. Just wish the fan chains were longer so speed could be adjusted. Very close to LOTS of eateries and within walking distance to Magnolia/silos. Neighborhood is not great, but once you’re inside you forget about it.

We enjoyed our stay in Jesses house! It is close to silos but we drove to silos so we didn’t have to carry the packages approx 3 blocks. There was plenty of free parking in town. Plenty of places close by to eat!! The property is surrounded by a wooden fence with auto gate to enter and exit. This was wonderful! We would not hesitate to return to this home when we return to Waco. The welcome book was fun to read. We felt well cared for during our stay. If we had a question we just had to ask. It was like having our own concierge service. If you go to Waco stop by Jesse’s family Tortilla Factory located 1226 Webster street. His cousin is a lovely man and a joy to chat with. Don’t hesitate to stay here.

Quick Getaway
The house was clean and cozy. My grandchildren loved the arcade machine. I liked the proximity to the shopping area and eateries. The process was easy and the communication with the property manager exceeded my expectations. I would book Jesse's Place again.

Perfect weekend getaway at Jessie’s place.
Jessie’s place was the setting for a wonderful weekend hub for my family. The house was so cute, pristine, and very well stocked with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the backyard patio with the shade canopy in the mornings and evenings. The neighborhood is still up and coming but proximity to the Sillos and lots of restaurants was awesome.

Secure gated parking behind home. Excellent appliances: good A/C, large refrigerator, and new washer/dryer for mid-stay towel wash. Generous common sitting space outside and inside. New and excellently furnished. Excellent home. Easy to communicate requests with quick responses from management.
