This rental was amazing. My family and I enjoyed the pool and the two living spaces. It was lovely having a kitchen full of everything we needed to cook. Communication was quick and friendly. We would love another summer getaway in this rental.

We had a great stay at the property. Everything was well maintained and clean and the place itself was very spacious and well put together. Also appreciated the triple lock on the backdoor, with a high lock for added peace of mind with our 3 year old.

We had a great time at this property. My kids loved the pool and the game room. There was plenty to keep everyone busy and happy. The house was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

I definitely would never suggest this home for anyone with children especially small children. The snakes are deadly and a problem. We spoke to a neighbor whom was outside this morning trying to kill a rattlesnake. He told us they have lots and it is a problem in that area. My daughter was in the backyard and heard a noise. Looked down and less than two feet away was a rattlesnake. There was nothing on the property to kill it. We were left staying inside the rest of the night and not able to use the pool/backyard the next morning as it went into the bushes and were unaware if it was still in the backyard.

Our stay at the Boulder Mountain Highlands home was a fantastic experience. We felt as though it were our own home for the week and enjoyed all the amenities the property had to offer, including the fantastic swimming pool with changing lights, the misters on the patio, and the pool and ping pong tables. It is set up perfectly for privacy of all family members. Our owner communication was prompt, friendly, and easy. I highly recommend this neat and clean property to any seeking a get away!

Our experience at Boulder Mountain Highlands exceeded our expectations in nearly every way. The home is clean, comfortable, well-appointed, easy to access. For us, it is conveniently located to family in the area. It has more bedrooms than what we needed for our purpose, but it was nice to have plenty of space and activities on-site so that we could invite family for a day visit. The property’s host was in contact with us shortly after our arrival and then followed up to a question that we had. We would stay here again on a return trip to Mesa.

The property was well-appointed and had everything you could hope for for a happy vacation. It was conveniently located to hiking trails, restaurants, and shopping, but with a pool and a game room, you didn’t need to go far to have a fantastic time!

This property was perfect from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out. Truly a beautiful home with all the amenities. The outdoor space was great, amazing pool and fire pit and grill area! We spent most of our time outside enjoying the weather as we are from Minnesota! We played countless games of ping pong and pool and many games played and the huge table in the kitchen to accommodate our big family! We will definitely be back! Highly recommend this home! Came to town a few day’s earlier than the wedding we were attending at Superstition Manor which turned out to be less than ten minutes away. So happy we chose to stay here! Well maintained property in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Backyard is a beautiful - loved swimming in the pool or reading a book while enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. Teens loved the ping pong & pool tables and there was plenty of room for all to hangout in their own space. Would definitely stay here again on a future trip!

The home was very clean and as described. The patio was well equipped furniture wise. The gas grill in good working order. A very quiet neighborhood, didn't hear any noises from area streets.

Great house/location/amenities/safe. Came to Phoenix for a wedding and turned it into a family reunion/vacation. House is very well equipped, big open kitchen, family room, lots of seating outside. Drank coffee every morning outside by the pool. We even had a pool tournament (inside) and played ping pong. Highly recommend and definitely would stay there again.

Big roomy house just off the 202. Photos describe the property accurately so I’ll not type a lot here. I will say this is the first place we have stayed that supplied more than enough hangers in the closets. We’ll definitely be back.

First trip to AZ in 5 years. And now with older kids we were looking for more space with resort living and this home did not disappoint. The amenities in this home were top notch and we took advantage of all of them. And little things like the outdoor misters were not overlooked. The setting was impeccable and the neighborhood provides beautiful space for long walks. The entire experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this home!!!

My teenage daughter and I decided to take our first trip out to Arizona this year, and it did not disappoint. Everything about our vacation was amazing, especially this home. It was beyond perfect and actually way better than shown in the pictures. The house was enormous (for just the two of us) well stocked, and beautifully decorated. The Ping Pong and Pool tables were a great way to spend time inside, and of course the patio, firepit, and pool were phenomenal for outdoor time. We certainly could not have asked for a more perfect location either. This home is located on the outskirts of town, so it was beyond peaceful and quite, yet everything was within about a 20 minute drive. We will definitely be back!

We wanted to spend Mother’s Day relaxing and this was a great place for just that. With in an hour of almost anything we could think of and plenty to do at the house (billiards,ping pong,swimming pool)

This house was comfortable and had a fantastic pool. With rooms on separate floors, it would be a good place to split with another family. Super nice neighborhood and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Will definitely be looking to stay here again next time!

The whole family loved our stay. The patio was the best part- whether we were swimming, enjoying breakfast in the sunshine, or warming up by the fire pit. You can’t beat the view from the backyard! We also loved the pool and ping pong tables, and the extra tv area upstairs. Probably the nicest rental we’ve ever stayed in, and I would definitely return for another visit!

Property was easy to access. Nice quiet clean neighborhood. Local shopping was a plus one mile away or so. Plenty of room. Fiends that visited were impressed also. Four bedrooms but only needed three. Fire pit was nice to sit around. Pool was clean.

Everything was great for our stay while in town for soccer! We had everything we needed and when we needed help with the pool they sent someone within 30 minutes! This will stay on our list to stay again!

The communication with the property owners was perfect. They were friendly, helpful, *easily accessible* and very pleasant to work with. We only had a couple of things to contact them about, minimal stuff, and each time they were responsive. The house was in PERFECT order, expertly cleaned, and so so welcoming. Everything you would need, but also, very open and easy to settle into. I would book this house and with this property management company again in a heart beat. Cannot say more good things about them. Absolutely fantastic stay!

The inside of the property was very nice and comfortable and our family enjoying staying there.
The outside, especially the backyard could use some tlc as the grass hadn’t been cut for some time and was hard for the kids to play in. Had to wait until Wednesday to get umbrellas for the backyard pool from the property manager and the misting system didn’t work.
We were also not able to keep our vehicles in the garage which would of been nice to know beforehand..
Would stay there again.
