The apartment is good, very cozy. The apartment is equipped with a small kitchen which is very convenient!

You need to make bed sheets and remove them before you leave. It is not that convenienct.

The apartment was still cold even with the heating on; except for the bathroom -no toaster and microwave -thresholds were too high -stairway to the basement was too steep, not safe for children and elderly people The -trashbin key was not working

great location, beautiful view! the flat is very cosy, clean and comfortable

i only find one negative thing - there is no window nor ventilation in the bathroom/wc room. otherwise it was perfect.

The location was super, and the apartment was clean and spacious. Loved the big sofa and tv, lots of space for a family to hang out. Check-in process with the key box was smooth and easy.

Could have used: a toaster in the kitchen. Proper reading lights for every bed. Also, we asked for some practical info on the day of arrival, but never got an answer to our question. No biggie, but what if it had been a bigger problem?

best location, close to center, quiet, walkable. spacious living room, with a great kitchen. brand new apartment, recently renovated. excellent for a family of four; everyone had their own room!

the shower did not have a door and water splashed on the floor. washing machine was not working properly but the management responded promptly and resolved the situation

I didn't receive any information about the apartment until I arrived. It was very hard to find a house. Location. the door numbers. I didn't even know until 1 hour after arrival. Even if I called, she only said that I sent an email. But The mail didn't come. She didn't even say me the entrance number. I waited for about an hour in a cold place. I managed to get home with the help of a kind neighbor, but the induction didn't work. There was a problem with dinner. And the hot water didn't keep coming out. There were many family rules to follow, but i was not treated as well as the cost i paid. It will never come again and I do not recommend it.

we were not provided check in details before arrival no one was answering our calls once our call was received it took them another half hour to send check in information on booking.com
