The pictures do not deceive. The home is as beautiful as it looks and is as spacious also. It was very well equipped with very high end fixtures and furnishings. Working with Seth was very easy and excellent communication, which is always a big plus. Definitely not check out the coffee and wine shop right down the street, I really can’t say enough about how nice this home is and comfortable.
We loved our stay in Lexington. I do highly recommend taking The Unique Horse farm Tour with Shaun Washington.

Stayed here with a group for a horse show. House was perfect and very comfortable. The driveway had plenty of room for our pick up trucks but had to be careful getting in and out of the driveway since it is a bit narrow.

We stayed here with a school group for a leadership conference. The house was fantastic and had everything we needed for the week. The garage/game room is a fantastic addition. I am personally not fan of memory foam beds but that's a me problem. The beds are very nice!

Our family was in town for my son's graduation from Transylvania. Our group ranged in ages from 12-86 and everyone enjoyed the house. The location was great, plenty of room and we had everything we needed. Terrific house.

Property is beautiful and set up well for large parties. We had 8 in our group and everyone was comfortable and happy. Communication about arrival and departure were the best I’ve ever had with a host. I highly recommend this property, you will not be disappointed.

The house was so accommodating. We had people traveling into Lexington and it was centrally located for convenience. Spacious and a beautiful home nice privacy backyard. Owners are quick to respond. Just all around great experience

Six of us, three couples, came to Lexington to sample some of the area's most famous products. Location was on a quiet street (next to last house on a dead-end) and we were pleased that a neighboring train track and businesses out the back were not intrusively noisy. Easy drive to areas around and out of town.
House is great for couples or families. We all agreed we would stay there again, if back in Lexington.
Only a couple of very minor negatives: Cleaners were not done by check-in time. The listing included a fire pit, which was not there. Everything else worked great, including wifi for all our devices.

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home. The neighborhood seems to be in a revitalization mode.
They have a great coffee shop right in the middle of the neighborhood that we really enjoyed. Be sure to stop there for live music at night or a coffee during the day.

This place was quite nice, clean and for the most part well-appointed. Missing out on a few things needed for kitchen upkeep, but Seth was on the spot with remedying.
Only awkward part was one king bed was "open" with no door or privacy from others; nor bathroom access other than downstairs.
For us attending the Kentucky Horse Park, it was a little more drive than we like, but fun coffee shop in the neighborhood and very well kept.

Beautifully remodeled house. Easy check in feature with app that explained things very well. Comfortable beds. The neighborhood is in the early phase of up and coming. Still a little rough around the edges. Only thing that wasn’t easy was getting used to the new time zone.
My group enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again if we return.

Our group of 8 LOVED the property. It was well appointed and accommodated all of us with ease. We had a fantastic time and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
