it was comfortable and suited our interests very well. Close to all amenities.

The ac units were very loud. Found it difficult to sleep with them running. A nice touch would be to add some coffee filters and paper towels for better convenience.

The resort facility were great

We booked for 5, there was only bedding for 4, It wasn't ideal for 5 adults to stay on the small 2 bedroom unit, not sure how it qualifies as a condominium??

The urban living

The unhygienic living. The air-conditioning is not cleaned and the air is nor healthy as we got unwell one after another.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The aircon is working well and most of the cooking materials we need are available.

Miscommunications with the owner happened throughout our stay. They failed to clarify that they will only be providing toiletries (shampoo, soap, towels, etc.) for two (2) persons only instead of four (4). It was disappointing because we paid for 4 guests. The knife's handle is broken so it was very difficult for us to use when we were cooking. Lastly, we were not informed properly on the available amenities and the “how to's” for our stay (pool access, wifi access etc.). Instead of all four of us having free access to the pool, we paid for one more person.

You can always reach the host and very accommodating.

Great Location

a little small for a family

Excellent location, it has all the amenities of a home away from home. The unit is clean and well kept, security is top notch, and being able to use the communal gym and pool is a huge plus!

May need to replace the electric sockets, these are loose and may become a fire hazzard.

Two bedrooms gave good space. Dining table worked for couple. Shower height was adequate for tall person. Internet worked quite well. Staff was very helpful at all times and was available to support at all times. The Club House with pool area was great for relaxing and swimming. Pool was cleaned daily and was decently clean in bottom as well. Security guards seemed professional and did work efficiently.

The kitchen equipment was quite limited but eg can and wine bottle and beer bottle openers, coffee spoons, spices etc. could be easily bought by oneself. There was no water heater so used own kettle. Bedsheets changing and water bottle refilling was with small added cost. Beds were hard and caused sore back pains for tall traveller and under bedsheets was plastic cover preventing dirt from travellers what was not comfortable. The air conditioners were in both bedrooms very loud and took few days to get used to loud machine sounds from cooling. Could be challenge for light sleeper. Bathroom had a ant problem where the ants needed killing from walls each day as returned but staff was helpful to remove them also. Toilet paper and such need to be bought and brought by traveller as only little was available. There were also spider nests and heavy dust in air filtering system on the bathroom but easily could be cleaned by visitors. Electric sockets in all rooms were loose and didn’t have adapters for Euro standard which needed be bought. With adapters phones didn’t charge as plugs dropped from wall being too loose but staff helped with extension coord once saw the issue. Clothes washing machine was good but also blocked the bathroom so was bit tight fit for big traveller. TV had very limited channels and Netflix was removed from the housing company channel list. Pool house guards did not allow any alcohol eg red wine bottle to be brought to the Club house / pool area so only soft drinks allowed with food and snacks enjoyed by the poolside tables. At times during noon there were a lot of staff, 6-8 people gather with the two pool staff to spend their breaks by the pool side shade and at times intensively looked at myself as caucasian and my partner entering and swimming at pool, also intensively looked by the toilet house cleaners at times which was bit awkward to be followed and looked by the large group of staff.

The owner is SUPER responsive, and getting in to the unit was really quick and easy. My daughter loved the pool, and the condo is just 10 minutes from Crocodile Park and just 10 minutes from the SM Davao City. We definitely hope to stay here again! It makes the hotels seem nasty in comparison!

I didn't like it that we accidentally left a ton of food behind... But the amazing staff called to tell us about it. So kind!

This was my first not to book in a hotel but it turned out that it actually was the most practical, convenient and comfortable accommodation because of the complete facilities including the kitchen, wifi and netflix plus the use of the swimming pool.
