The property and the house were excellent. The cute entryway made for a great background for pictures ( A necessity for a group of girls) 😉everything matched the descriptions, and we had no unexpected surprises. Would definitely stay here again.Super convenient for those wanting to visit the silos

Our stay was great. The La Hacienda was in a good location for visiting the Silos,Dr.Pepper museum,Mammoth site.Lots of room and nice yard for kids to play.

The pictures were very misleading. The inside of the home needs lots of repair. Holes in the ceilings and pots underneath to catch when it rains. Holes in the wall in the restroom and the foundation is not fixed - 2inch gap between the floor and wall in the back room.Beds are nothing but springs, very hard to sleep. The AC in the rooms are low, we slept with sheets. Dogs barked all night and then followed by police sirens. Trash was overflowing when we arrived and stayed like that outside.

It was good. The code did not work from the outside. We messaged them but no reply. Third bedroom could use a new mattress. The neighbors played music till 2 a.m. not a great neighborhood. But the house was clean and cute little old house.

Everything good, would suggest power outlets more easily accessable.

My friends and I stayed for Baylor graduation weekend and we had such a great time in Waco! The convenient location was great for our trip activities. The house is so nice and was perfect for our party of 6! If we ever come back to Waco we would definitely try to stay here again!

We were super excited when we viewed this house online. We arrived on a Wednesday and it was freezing. We couldn't get the heater to work at all. Went to Lowe's bought space heaters and flipped the breaker. Searching high and low we found the breaker box outside. Called property management after 12:00am. He did come out and find the pilot light wasn't on. After it had been serviced the week before. Every Uber we took was fast to let us know four girls didn't need to be walking around or be outside after dark as this was not a great place to stay. Cars coming and going all hours of the night. I think they rent out part of this property as we could hear people in the back of our yard. Next door was having a party on Friday or Saturday. Loud music and a lot of cars coming and going. This is an older house and has a funny odor that stayed in everything I brought into the house. Needless to say I had to leave everything in my garage when I got home to air it out. I'm not one to leave reviews. I feel I should share this as I wouldn't have booked it knowing these issues. If you do decide to stay I would advise bringing someone along that has a handgun license.
