No AC Unit. The temperature in the room became hot towards the afternoon, didn’t feel the Baguio breeze even when the window is open.

Superb experience staying in this unit and in The Manor Hotel. Microwave oven and dining utensils are available for your use. The location with garden view is so relaxing. The bed is big that can fit even up to 3 people.

Since this is privately owned unit, not sure if can ask the hotel staff to service the room while we are away. :) Anyway, we are able to manage it.

On arrival, it took around 20-25 minutes to check-in. The reason for the delay was that we found out that the booking was for a private unit within the hotel - not owned by the hotel itself! Having a private unit meant that we were not afforded the same service as being in a room owned by the hotel. We were given no prior warning that this booking was for a private unit. There was no notice from the hotel or booking.com and I feel this is a blatant misrepresentation of the accommodation booked. I’ve traveled a lot and stayed in a lot of hotels and this is the first time I’ve experienced this. I’ve searched all across my booking confirmation and the description of the room and there is zero description to notify me of the fact this is a “Private Unit.” I’m extremely disappointed with both the hotel and booking.com and will review my options for both a hotel booking platform and a hotel in the future. Be warned. If you want to book this hotel, you are best off booking it directly through the hotel's website. Otherwise, you may get given what was essentially an AirBnB masquerading as a hotel room.

We couldn’t get any turn-down service, we couldn’t make any charges to the room, and we couldn’t even order water from our in-room phone. We were given the number of a “caretaker” who we called when we struggled to get into the room (since our room used a key to unlock the door when all other rooms had a key card) who didn’t assist us and instead referred us to the owner of the room.
