Location good. Facilities good

The room appeared clean but smelled strongly of previous inhabitants.

Bed and sheets were clean and there were even small soap samples and a towel included.

My main problem was that there were about 10 people staying in the house (they seemed to live there more long term) and they were incredibly loud and disrespectful. Twice someone came into my room for no good reason. There were 5-6 people in a two-person bed, I do not understand what was happening in that room. All morning they were playing music and chatting loudly, while sitting on the staircase (because there were so many people). MORE GENERAL: The house is very old and poorly constructed. The walls are razor thin which means you can hear everything. The curtains don’t block the light. The room, common areas, and bathroom are very dirty. There is only one bathroom for many rooms.

Another great stay at Theldon! The location is excellent, super easy access to the airport. The apartment is clean, tidy and well equipped, and the rooms are large with comfy bedding. No complaints at all, will definitely return again in the future!

No TV in bedroom

Cheap, good location. Was OK for 1 night.

You could hear everything if another room occupant moved or shut a door. Everything was loud, sounded like they had metal shoes on! They also had a takeaway delivered at midnight which woke me as our room was next to the front door. I could also feel the springs in the mattress.

The owner of the property was contactable when we needed him and was very helpful!

Really lovely room, easy access to collecting keys 24/7, good location (just off the motorway), secure lockable rooms, towels and toiletries provided, good communication with hosts.

The only potential downside is there's no parking and street parking is permit holders only Monday to Friday during the daytime.

About half an hour after I arrived there was a load knocking at the front door that went on. Guessing somebody had locked themselves out I opened the front door to find two large none white blokes standing there who pushed their way in past me. It turns out that the owner of the Theldon is a builder and had ripped them off doing some bad work on there house... and in no uncertain terms they wanted to see him. Eventually after checking the house to make sure he wasn't there they left. Telling me to leave this feedback accordingly.

Good well equipped No Hassall Accommodation. Pub and local shops within walking distance. Easy access to Motorway.

Clean, comfortable, quiet

Easy access to keys. Comfortable beds. Property clean and tidy. Convenient for our overnight stay. Parking outside

We never used the kitchen facilities as we weren't aware what was available. Would have been helpful to know if there was a microwave. It was strange to see the door of room 4 open in the morning so it would have been helpful to know that the other room was booked. Also thinking health and safety.

I found the microwave this week... couldn't find it last week (built-in) but the kettle seemed to be missing this week
