Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. Had all wee needed

The sofa bed wasn't great and it would tip quite alot and the road is busy. Also mattresses weren't that comfy

The beds weren’t as comfortable as they could be, especially the sofa bed in the living room was very firm and small. A more comfortable sofa bed and mattresses would be ideal!

We stayed overnight before heading off to Glastonbury in the early hours, did the job perfectly and the host was very helpful after a little mishap with the key lock box. Very clean and well presented, did everything we needed it to for the short time we were there.

Very difficult to find .there is no name in front of the apartment.

One reason we booked this apartment was because there was a lock box, meaning we could leave/enter separately as needed. However this was impossible because the outside door leading to the apartment and the apartment door itself required you to lock them using the keys from the inside (there was no other way to lock the doors) meaning when I arrived home separately in the evening, I had to keep both the apartment door and outside door leading to the street unlocked which felt very unsafe. There are two lock boxes and they don't specify which one is for which apartment which was really unhelpful. The door was actually unlocked and open when we arrived which did not bode well. The lock box was also really difficult to get open. The location was terrible with old rusty oil drums filled to the brim with rubbish outside the entrance, a couple of old chest freezers with rubbish piled on top. The location was in the compound of an old car garage surrounded by metal gating. As women visiting friends in the area it felt like an unsafe location.

The apartment smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, we had to open all the windows when we arrived to try and get rid of the smell. The bedding was scratchy and old, the bed was uncomfortable and smelled unclean. There were two single beds instead of a double bed which is what the photos show. There was no sponge for washing up and no hand soap in the bathroom. The sofa bed was terrible, we had to shove our bags underneath it to stop it from tipping over in the night. The trays in the oven were burnt, greasy and dirty. The bin bag was ripped. We specified 3 people staying and there was only 2 sets of towels so I had to use a small hand towel in the morning. We paid £25.00 for late checkout but got woken by the cleaner shouting outside because she couldn't access the lock box, trying to get in at 10:30am.

the WiFi didn’t work. the place smelt of stale smoke. the mattresses were so bad we couldn’t lie on them. the room was damp.

front door not secure, it doesn’t feel safe at all, the cars on the road are loud, it looks dirty outside, and dusty inside so not quite the place in all honesty.

Such a beautiful apartment, the kitchen is stunning and so is the bathroom!

The boys staying opposite to us being ridiculously loud and banging on our door at 5am
