We made a very last minute booking just before they were due to close at 9pm. The owners were very accommodating in getting us a room and also supplying a portable bed for our child. They also gave us a thoughtful little gift for our daughter which was a very nice touch! The room was spotless and had everything we need for our quick stop. The hotel is just down the road from Riccarton Westfield mall, about a 10-20min drive to the city centre and Margaret Mahy playground depending on traffic. Very good value for money and we would definitely stay here again.

We could hear the person next door snoring but otherwise the room was very quiet for being on a main road.

Great location, nice and quiet, friendly host, milk came in glass bottle, comfortable and clean. I got a deal for this place and I do believe this price better matched the full price compared to others we have stayed in. Sweets in a dish on arrival, nice touch. Fancy way they folded the towels and hung them.

Very tidy, clean and warm unit. Away from the road so was quiet at night. Nice friendly staff even offered the kids a lollipop when we checked in! Probably the best value for money stay we have ever had in Christchurch. Would definitly stay here again.

Good size shower box with good shower pressure. Good size kitchenette with sufficient lounge dining space for 2. Good wall heater. Motel on main bus route. Shops nearby and supermarket. Good wardrobe in lounge.

Small bedroom with 2 small beds but comfortable beds. Door to bedroom couldn't close. The couch had a hard board under the cushions so very uncomfortable. Very tight parking. Busy street which can be very noisy with traffic and people.

Location is perfect- very convenient to mall and supermarket. Will go back again
