1. RFID tag to car park didn’t work at all. It makes it so inconvenient. The fact that the staff already knew it didn’t work yet it was still given to us. He said they are having problems with all their rfid tags when I asked for a replacement. Imagine going in and out of the apartment building each time having to explain to the guards why it’s not working and can they just help open the boom gates to two check points going into the building. That was why I cut short my stay at Lumi. 2. The unit given to us faces the highway therefore it was very noisy, even with all the windows and sliding doors shut. 3. The ramp going from floor to floor in the carpark is a spiral narrow one. Very challenging to drive up. 4. From the carpark, there is one lift going to level L (which is the facilities level) and from there, walk to the access door to the lift going to the tower where the apartment is located. It is an open air area. Luckily it didn’t rain for the few days we were there.

the guards at the gates did not speak english, however were very kind and helpful. the cafe downstairs was super convenient to grab a coffee on the go. the location was also easy for grab drivers to navigate to and from

one night the bedroom door got jammed. i called and left a message at the property number given on booking.com but didn't get any response. we informed the situation to the guards downstairs since there was no-one else at the reception but they were not able to help us. the locksmiths available at the time we're charging over 350RM to open the door at the time so we spent the night in the living room. the reception did eventually open at 9am and a lady helped open the door. again everyone was super friendly. but there should've been an emergency contact to refer to in situations like these. apart from this the stay was fabulous

Looks just like the photos. Clean, comfortable and modern. Had everything we needed. Swimming pool great. Cafe, restaurant and small shop attached to complex. Walking distance to more shops and restaurants. Staff responded quickly to any queries.

Only one lift from the carpark meant a bit of a wait sometimes. The tag to get in and out of the carpark did not work so had to rely on security to let us in (I appreciate the owners cannot control this). A bigger sofa would have been nice.
