This property is beautiful. It is in such a convenient location. The gate/gated parking made us feel extra space. The property looked exactly like the pictures.

Rental was awesome. It was quite roomy and super clean. Great area, close to lots of coffee houses and great restaurants. Being an older home, the upstairs neighbors were heard a lot. Host did everything possible to remind them of quiet hours and for that they received my 5 star rating.

My family and I stayed over this past week at The Santiago. Our stay was exceptional and lots of room for the 6 of us. We didn’t get to explore the area around us much but definitely recommending this location if you want to stay in the Dallas area. Lots of cute boutiques and restaurants near by. And for our stay during the 4th of July week, it was very quiet area.

Loved our stay at this property; Great location, easy stroll to restaurants and shops and always felt safe walking around. The house was very clean and well stocked. A lot of amenities to make traveling easier. Will definitely stay here again.

My sisters and I traveled to Dallas to visit family. The Santiago is quiet, clean and comfortable and provided everything we needed. Great beds, good lighting and a comfortable living area along w easy parking were plusses. Urban neighborhood, but we felt very safe and secure. We would definitely stay there when we visit again.

We had a bacillus stay in this meticulous, elegant place with all amenities, and walking distance from cafes, restaurants and bars, in the heart of the Bishop Arts district! Marisol was a great gist and very responsive. Our family of 4 had a great time. We wholeheartedly recommend this place!

We loved our stay at Santiago during the Solar Eclipse. The outdoor porch was the perfect spot to view it from. The host welcomed us with a nice eclipse themed basket and was very friendly and responsive throughout our stay.
The unit was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and very stylish (two of our friends were looking online to buy the furniture before we even left!).
The house is located in a nice residential neighborhood and walking distance to the Bishop Arts District's shops and restaurants, as well as a drugstore.
Worth noting that the unit is located on the bottom floor, and you could hear the folks above walking around (the host did provide ear plugs and white noise machines).
Overall, we highly recommend this location and host.

Overall the stay was good. The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the host check out instructions weren’t clear. As well as she had problems with us following the instructions and contacted me over a week later about her concerns.

We have stayed at so many VRBO rentals and this property was by the best stocked and appointed. We did cook a couple of meals and did a couple of loads of laundry and had absolutely everything we needed. This house was so cute and so comfy and we will definitely stay here again. The beds and bedding were so comfortable, there were plenty of extra pillows, blankets and towels. The ensuite shower is very small but, works great. We were able to get in touch with the host with one phone call - and we only had to call because we accidentally locked ourselves out. The only negatives were so minor - it was torrential rains when we were there so getting out of the car and having to manually open the driveway gate was kinda hard. The neighborhood has some really cute and well cared for houses but, the street this house was on and surrounding streets were really, really run down. Bishops Art District is just so fun and the local restaurants that were recommended by the host were absolutely amazing. We even loved the other renters in the duplex! Will be back for sure!! Such a great place.

Great vacation rental. Best equipped we have stayed in. Appliavces, washer/dryer, linens, everything appear to be almost brand new. Immaculately clean.. Tastefully decorated. Convenient to Bishop Arts District, downtown and many clubs and restaurant. Nice residential area being developed due to proximity to what I mentioned. Quiet neighborhood with no excessively loud street noise. Perfect for families with 2 king beds and 3rd bedroom with single bed and pull out trundle bed. My husband and I highly recommend this property and plan a return stay soon. Owner is responsive and flexible and easy to contact with prompt replies. Entire ground floor is for this apartment with 2 smaller ones above. ( one being renovated).

The Santiago is the perfect place to stay. Great access to all of downtown Dallas and surrounding areas. The neighborhood is quiet and you do not have to get on the highway to access the property from downtown. The property was clean and had everything we needed. My whole family had a comfortable stay. Marisol was extremely easy to contact and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. I would stay here again.

Everything from beginning to end at the Santiago was perfect. Easy check in, quiet and quaint neighborhood with everything in the house we needed. She had great attention to detail in taking care of her guest! We will absolutely be staying here again!

Can’t say enough about this cute 2 bedroom or Marisol the manager.
Their was ear plugs, ice pops/ ice cream in freezer, soft Throw blankets, plenty of paper towels and garbage bags. Bishop heights Art district was awesome! I could go on but don’t have the space. We will be back guaranteed!!!!!

The property was exactly as listed, very clean and in walking distance to the Bishop Arts District. The host was very attentive and easy to communicate with. The only downfall was we were not allowed to have any additional people in the house other than the 6 that were staying there. We have other family that live in Dallas and wanted to share a meal together in the house but had to gather at a local restaurant instead.

We loved this place! Two unbelievably gorgeous parks with playgrounds and duck ponds were walking distance so it was so easy to hang with the kids in the mornings. we all loved the neighborhood so much. And it’s a great home for kids too— all on one floor; cozy, clean, new appliances, lovely design, we loved it!

The apartment was perfect for us. We celebrated Thanksgiving in Dallas. We had a lovely day hanging out at the Santiago. The Kitchen had all that we needed to prepare the entire meal. We enjoyed time sitting in the living room space to watch football and play games. And ate our meal at the beautiful table in the
dining room space. The property was clean, comfortable, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We will most definitely stay at the Santiago again when we are back in the area.

a very beautiful place, clean, cozy, excellent space and close to Bishop arts, we walked from the house to there!! Beautiful area full of delicious restaurants also 10 minutes by car to Downtown Dallas.. I recommend this house to everyone who wants to visit dallas, you will love it for sure!!
