Location

Master bedroom was hot the rest of the house stayed cool master bathroom smelled like the floor was rotting and mildew .

Loved the layout, loved the location, our master bedroom and bathroom roof leaked badly. We reported and took plenty of pictures and videos. We are still waiting to see if we can partially get refunded as we slept on couch and floor for half the time we was there.

Location was good.

1.) We were only given 1 bath towel per guest. Didn't appreciate that. 2.) There was black mold on the ceiling in 1 of the bathrooms. 3.) The house smelt of cigarette smoke. I believe if the carpet was removed that might solve that problem. 4.) The black walnut tree was dropping bombs on the roof and designated parking area. Could have been a very costly trip if we hadn't been able to park across the street. Sleeping was a little difficult with the walnut bombs hitting the roof all night. I know, its that time of year.

I didn’t like the house was hot when we got there. Kitchen table we kept stumping our toes on.

All the wood furnishings and bed very comfortable

No keurig coffee maker.

It was clean and very nice inside

The air wasn’t working and it took them a day to come out and fix it once it cooled down it was fine

We had a guest come by and tear into the trash can
