We really enjoyed this pup-friendly unit. All the creature comforts were included to make it feel like home - nice dishes and cookware, beach gear, lots of seating options in the unit and outdoor space to enjoy the end of summer. Short walk to the beach and food. Would definitely recommend!

We have stayed in many homes and this one is special. The hosts have thought of everything to make our stay comfortable from charging stations, ice makers, beach towels, even sunglasses if we forgot to bring them! The beds are very comfortable and the living room seating is adequate for 4 adults or more. It too is very cozy. The art work is inspiring and we felt at home as soon as we walked in. For Gluten Free guests, don't miss Otto's GF pizza. It blew us away.

Ed & Steve leave no stone unturned! Very accessible to downtown Portland and many popular attractions . Is quite bigger than what is shown in the photographs.

We stayed here as a family of 4 and it was a wonderful location for exploring the South Portland area. It was an easy walk to Willard beach with lots of great shops (delicious bakery, yummy ice cream) just steps away. We only stayed a couple of nights but we easily could have stayed a month! This place had all the amenities with comfortable beds and luxurious towels. We appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels, off street parking, and the washer/dryer. Very clean and well maintained. Beautifully decorated. Definitely recommend!

Super clean, comfortable, very nicely decorated and current, just as advertised. very conveniently located, the owners had anticipated every possible need. I would not hesitate to stay there again. In fact we have shared our wonderful experience with other family members who often come to the area. Truly an A+ experience

Lots of personal touches & amenities. Much larger than expected. Comfortable beds. Wanted to open windows for fresh cool night air but many didn’t have screens. Streaming TV was not conducive to watching regular shows without navigational effort; we weren’t there to watch TV anyway! Great place, wonderful find, great location. Quaint 1st floor apartment, bigger inside than first appeared from outside. Kitchen reminded us of an old farmhouse kitchen with nice restoration work done. Nice sized living room and bedroom. Dining room may be a little small (but not too small) but has a nice table and 4 chairs and is conveniently attached to the kitchen. The House is VERY conveniently located almost right across the street from a busy bagel shop with an ice cream shop across the intersection from there. We found the house location to be a great home base for all the day trips we took. Checkin, checkout, and communication were all smooth as can be. Would book again if we're back in Portland.

This is the second time we've stayed here. Property is well taken care of and the owners are very responsive. Its convenient to downtown and only a 4 minute walk to Willard Beach. Bonus is being across the street from Scratch Bakery. Would recommend and would stay here again. Thanks Steve and Ed for another great stay.

We have been coming to Willard Beach area for a few years now, and this has been our absolute favorite location to stay at. The home was incredibly cozy, clean and we felt completely at ease and relaxed. Kids and adults all slept so well.
The location is also fantastic, Scratch bakery and the beach are all so close, it very convenient! I would definitely stay here again.

Ed and Steve have given a lot of thought to make our stay easy and comfortable. With the bakery and ice cream shops close by and the beach within walking distance. Wish we could have been able to stay longer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay… Everything was super clean and exactly as pictured. Hosts were so kind, helpful, and easy to contact if needed. Our rescue pup also enjoyed his stay… There’s so much to see and do in Portland it’s great to have found a place we can come back to year after year!!

The condo is lovely and well decorated. It is very comfortable too! It is well equipped for human and canine guests. My pup and I enjoyed our week-long stay. The condo is convenient to many restaurants and walking distance to a dog friendly beach!

This is a must stay, very convenient and comfortable, the beach is right down the street , portland head lighthouse was 5 minutes, the old port is an easy 9 minute drive. My husband is super picky and he even said we'd stay again. King bed was super comfy And dog friendly was a plus. Thank you for having us.

My three sisters and I stayed at the Condo for five nights. It was very comfortable and the location in South Portland was wonderful.
We enjoyed going to the Scratch Bakery which was just across the street. The hosts also provide a complete list of restaurants and other sights in the area which was very detailed and helpful.
We had a question regarding an issue in the Condo and the host responded immediately. They were very helpful.
It was wonderful to have parking right outside our door and there were many nearby restaurants plus it was only a short drive to downtown Portland and the harbor area and shops. You can easily drive or take an UBER Lyft or taxi.
I would stay here again if I return to Portland.

From booking to check out this rental was really great. Check in was effortless. Owner was quick to reply to questions. House was pleasantly spacious. Beds were very comfy. After having many engagements in the busier dwtn Portland area it was very nice to come back to the more laid back feel of South Portland. Scratch bakery every morning was an added bonus.

Home was central to visiting all Portland, other nearby towns & Boston! Across the street, Scratch Bakery was fantastic with homemade bagels, coffee & sweet baked goods!!! So yummy!!! Nearby are several lighthouses & local restaurants!! ❤️

This is a beautiful turn-of-the-century home that has been very tastefully updated to include the historic elements while offering modern conveniences. Every conceivable amenity was provided in the home to make it feel like "home". And the location is second to none! We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it.

Ed and Steve’s place is a perfect home base from which to explore the wonderful shoreline, terrific restaurants, and charming neighborhoods of Cape Elizabeth, South Portland and Portland. The first-floor apartment is spacious, clean and extremely well outfitted, with many thoughtful touches. Ed is easily accessible to answer any questions that might come up about the house or the area. Highly recommend.

This condo is literally in the perfect location with the best hosts. If you are someone who travels with your pup book here!! Walking distance to a beach that has dog friendly hours. The hosts are so attentive, friendly and go out of the way to give recommendations and assist! Will definitely stay here again!

Charming unit located in a fantastic location! We enjoyed the bakery across the street and the ice cream shop in the next block. The hosts thoughtfully provide so many “extras” such as sunglasses, umbrellas, and beach towels for use during the stay. Descriptions for this rental are very accurate.

This was our second time here. And space was as perfect as we remembered - cozy, comfortable and beautifully decorated! The location couldn't be better - with a close walk to the beach, bakery and restaurants. We will definitely be back again!

Totally enjoyed our stay at this property. House was located in a great place. 4 minute walk to Willard Beach and right across the street from Scratch Bakery. Only a quick 10 mintue drive to downtown. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Owners were easy to reach and responded promptly when contacted. Would definately stay here again.

We were very pleased. The place was spotless, great location, all basic amenities provided. There are not 2 king beds, only 1 king and a queen. Not an issue but listing said a king. You won’t go wrong with this place and definitely check out the bakery across the street!

I live in the neighborhood and had a large group of family coming for a memorial celebration. This was a perfect place for some family to stay. It’s a great apartment right across from our favorite bakery, near the beach, and down the street from our house. It’s got just the right beach vibe while providing comfort and all the modern conveniences. Highly recommend this property. Ed and Steve were so prompt in all our communications which we really appreciated.

This was the perfect place for me, my husband and French bulldog to stay - beautifully kept with everything you could possibly need to feel right at home. Location could not be better - short walk to beach and restaurants! Will be coming back!

We had a fabulous stay! The owners are very responsive. We had a problem with the bedroom side lamp. It was fixed immediately. We were sad to leave, but know we will return!

My husband, puppy and I just spent a lovely 4 days in Portland and enjoyed all the amenities of the condo. I wish some of my adult children could’ve joined us - there was plenty of room for more. The pictures exactly represented the condo. A few minute walk to the great beach and lots of great eateries (plus wonderful bakery and ice cream parlor across the street!) and quick drive to downtown Portland. I look forward to staying there again some time and highly recommend to others. Thank you!

Steve and Ed could not have been more welcoming and helpful! The condo was steps from Willard beach and a short distance from South Portland and Cape Elizabeth. There was nothing that we needed that wasn’t available to us at the condo. We had the best time and would love to go back!!
