The electrical appliances are functional. The bathroom is fully functional. The area is very near all of the places to go.

Traffic area, narrow road. The bed was uncomfortable. There is no elevator.

Paid for wifi and was told it doesn't work. Latch on the balcony door was broken off. Place was incredibly dirty. Got there at 9:50 (2 hours and 10 mins before check in) I specified on the booking we would be there early and was told that was fine. When we got there we were charged 100 pesos per hour for early arrival and tried to charge us 3 hours.

Staff are accommodating but forgetful.

I didn't like that she asked to keep my valid I.D and forgot to give it back before I leave and because of that I wasn't able to go to Thailand because she have my passport. I lose 22,000 because of her.

Didn't have anything.. The staff were excellent !!! The room was run down,,a lot of things needed to be repaired,,. The management and staff could not have been more helpful,,they were excellent !!!the

Their Location is great because it is near the airport, the office and staff were very friendly, the room was great and just enough for me and my wife and the balcony is just great because it has a view of the residence, If you're looking for an affordable place to Stay near the airport this is the place. Will come back again.
