Everything ! It’s not clean enough.

The aircon keeps on leaking. we're not able to use the sofa. the board games are just for displays

location is perfect for what we needed. it’s easy to check in and check out. the rooms are clean and cold aircon. I like that toiletries are also complete.

The tv is functional but it was hard to navigate because of Android box maybe change the Android box into smart tv or use other Android box.

it’s accessible

Rooms were aesthetic and free toiletries were complete. The owner and the caretaker helped us enjoy our stay by being 101% responsive at all times. The location of the unit is also strategic to our use.

Curtains used were too thin which might wake you up earlier than you wanted due to the brightness passing through it.

- apartment was fully equipped as promised - very central location in BGC - comfy large double bed and bunk bed - good AC - 2 showers/toilets - WIFI - accommodating guards/staff - Family Mart on GF - parking available for a fee - board games in lounge - Netflix in TV - free toiletries - towels available

- no curtain in toilets/showers, so you are exposed to the toilets of the opposite units on same level and above! - no bidet in downstairs toilet - no electric plugs for all of the equipment provided and there was only one short extension lead provided - the 2nd 'double bed' wasn't really a double bed but 2 separate/single air beds pushed together which were too short for tall people like me (so I couldn't sleep on it cos I was too long) - we were short of one blanket

The unit is excellent for family staycation. The beddings are clean. And the owner is very accommodating and helpful with our concerns. S/he keeps on checking with us if there’s anything s/he could help us with. We really had a great time spending 4 days and 3 nights in this place.

Nothing major. It will just be great if the curtains are more on the darker shade so that we can sleep longer in the morning as we are used to sleep in a dark room.😅 And the wifi connection was slow. Reached out with the owner through the caretaker and they tried to fix it. Nonetheless, everything is great.

Malinis yung unit, kumpleto ng gamit, at kumportable ka sa pag stay. Best sya for family and barkada kasi malawak yung place.

Check in/out time, mas shorter yung period ng stay compared sa ibang hotel
